Hudson is a skilled and versatile player with a smooth touch, strong feel for the game, and a work ethic that’s impossible to overlook. He’s a guard-forward who can stretch the floor with his shooting, battle on the boards, and defend every position. Whether he’s spotting up from deep, making the right read, or contesting shots at the rim, Hudson does all the little things that win games. He brings toughness, IQ, and consistent effort, and he thrives in moments that demand grit, diving for loose balls, taking charges, and hitting big shots when his team needs it most.

Hudson started varsity as a sophomore and delivered a steady impact, averaging 7 points and 3 rebounds per game while shooting a blistering 40% from three and 90% from the free throw line. He earned All-Conference Second Team and Conference All-Star honors Last week with me in the gym he had a 15-point, 11-rebound performance at Colorado Live.. His biggest improvement was his ability to play multiple positions, especially the guard spots, which pushed him to think the game at a higher level and adjust to bigger, faster matchups. Now he’s spending his offseason tightening his handles and building strength to finish through contact.

He plays AAU with Colorado Collective and has his eyes set on winning the NXT PRO Finals in Orlando. His goal isn’t just to win games but to keep improving and get noticed by college coaches who value winning players who show up every possession. As he heads into his junior season, Hudson is focused on becoming an All-State player and putting on a show in front of the home crowd.

What fuels him most is his family. Seeing them in the stands gives him the fire to go harder every time down the floor. When facing adversity, he resets with a breath and trusts the hours he’s put in. He never strays from the mindset that effort is something he can always control. That mindset, passed down from his coaches, keeps him locked in and always ready.

Off the court, Hudson enjoys fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his family. And with a 4.3 GPA, he’s showing the same drive in the classroom that he brings to the court.

I assess that Hudson is a strong all-around player who impacts the game without needing plays run for him. His ability to shoot, defend, rebound, and think the game makes him a valuable piece for any system. He’s the type of player coaches trust to do the right thing and bring consistency every night.

As Hudson continues to improve his handles and strength at the rim, expect him to take another big step. His size, skill, and maturity stand out, and with his work ethic and love for the game, he’s a player whose best days are still ahead. His potential is sky-high. Stay tuned for a breakout season ahead.
