Lyon County HS, KY

Nolan is electric. A three-level scorer with bounce, vision, and a feel for the game that jumps off the floor the moment he steps on it. Nicknamed the Mail-Man because he delivers every single night, he checks every box on both ends, and fills a stat sheet like it is another day at the office. He can bring the rain from deep with a silky smooth touch, elevate and finish above traffic, or explode off the bounce and attack the rim with strength and control. Add in elite court vision and dazzling passes, and you have a weapon that impacts the game in waves.

His game starts with athleticism and length, but it is powered by instincts and IQ. As a shooting guard who rebounds like a forward, Nolan creates extra possessions that swing momentum. He pushes in transition and makes the right read on the break, hitting teammates in stride or finishing himself when the lane opens. In the half court, he spaces the floor, curls off screens, and punishes defenders who lose him for even a second. If they close out too hard, he drives. If they sag, he lets it fly. He does not waste movement, but makes it count again and again.

The production backs up the impact. Nolan helped lead Lyon County to the 2026 All A-State Championship and earned All A-State Team honors along the way. He was named to the 2025 All District, All Region, and Regional Tournament Team, followed by 2026 All District honors, and, as a junior, he averaged 17.5 points and 9.8 rebounds while shooting a blistering 43.2 percent from 3. That efficiency from deep, combined with rebounding at that rate from the wing, makes him a matchup nightmare.

His growth has been steady and focused. One of his biggest improvements has been the ability to defend 1-5, taking pride in guarding multiple positions and accepting the toughest assignment. He has expanded his off-the-dribble creation, whether that means getting to the rim through contact or rising into a pull-up. His read-and-react speed has improved, allowing him to make quicker decisions off screens and attack openings before they close. He is focused on becoming stronger and quicker off the court, while on the floor, he is working on shooting on the move, adding counters when defenders try to take away his first option, and creating more efficiently for himself and others.

He plays for Nashville Stars UAA under Coach Spencer Turner and Coach Morrison, continuing to elevate his craft against high-level competition and learning how to impact winning in different environments.

What fuels his fire runs deeper than the game itself. It starts with his dad and the passion he saw growing up, a love for basketball that was passed down and embraced fully. He carries that energy every time he laces up. And he lives by a simple truth that keeps him grounded and driven. No matter what happens in life, the basketball always comes back to you. No matter how hard it is thrown, it will bounce back. That belief keeps him steady through adversity and hungry for more.

College programs have taken notice. Nolan currently holds offers from SIUE, SEMO, UT Martin, and Austin Peay, and his mix of size, skill, and two-way impact makes him a coach's dream.

I assess that Nolan is a versatile wing with the size and skill to affect games in multiple areas. His combination of perimeter shooting, rebounding from the guard spot, and defensive versatility gives him value in any system. The ability to guard 1-5 raises his ceiling even more, while his court vision and unselfish play fuel team flow. He competes, produces, and embraces responsibility in big moments.

Moving forward, continued physical development and expanded off-the-dribble creation will elevate him even further. As he tightens his counters and improves shooting on the move, he becomes even more difficult to contain. With his length, instincts, and consistent production, Nolan has the tools to thrive at the next level and grow into a major impact player who can shift games on both ends of the floor. Stay tuned to see how high he flies.
