When Omari takes the field, everything changes. He’s a sparkplug that ignites the stadium with breakaway speed. He is an electric, explosive force who can blow a game open at any moment. With elite speed, strong field vision, reliable hands, and a fearless mindset, Omari is a dynamic two-way weapon who creates chaos from the backfield or the slot. He attacks defenses with twitchy movement, crafty footwork, and pure determination, leaving defenders frozen or chasing shadows. His ability to slip through cracks, bounce outside with ease, or stretch the field makes him a dangerous mismatch that opposing coaches have no answer for.
What separates Omari from every other player at his position is the way he competes, with heart, hunger, and fire. Coaches can count on a high-motor weapon who brings intensity and energy every single snap. He’s more than a speedster but a tone-setter who thrives on contact, understands his responsibility, and makes others around him better. He is a fierce competitor with uncanny versatility; he brings value no matter where he lines up. Whether he's shaking defenders in space or slipping into tight windows on short yardage, he shows up ready to make plays.
Last season, Omari exploded for 642 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns, added 13 catches for 118 yards and 1 touchdown, delivering one of the most electric performances in Florida’s 2028 class. His biggest improvement came in his vision, he now sees the game slower, reads blocks quicker, and makes decisions with confidence. This offseason, he’s focused on improving strength, adding more speed, and mastering the mental side of the game. He trains under elite RB coach Jerry Seymour, expanding his backfield technique, vision, and footwork. Already a 2x All-American, Omari was also invited to the prestigious US Army Bowl and Camp, where his talent as a top underclassman was confirmed on the national stage. His stats were :
40-yard Dash- 4.62 seconds
Vertical Jump- 36.5 inches
Broad Jump- 10'0 feet
3-Cone Drill- 6.85 seconds
20-Yard Shuttle- 4.05 seconds
Bench Press- (185lbs), 10reps
Omari’s fire burns from deep within. As the cousin of NBA Champion Jamal Murray, greatness runs in the family, but Omari is building his own path, fueled by pride, grit, and the will to prove he belongs. He embraces adversity, never backs down from a challenge, and channels every obstacle into growth. When he’s on the field, it’s personal; he’s not just playing for himself, he’s carrying his family, his city, and his future every step of the way.
His goal is DI Power 4 football, and with his talent, it’s a realistic one within his reach. He’s already drawing serious attention from programs like Syracuse, Miami U, Alabama, Ohio State, Duke, Vanderbilt, NIU, FAU, Cornell, Chattanooga Mocs Football, Wofford, UAB, Sac State, and Western Carolina. , Tennessee Tech Football, Omari currently holds offers from Judson University, Coastal Carolina, Prestige Worldwide Sports Academy, Howard Huskies Post Grad, Brevard College, Warner University, and Sussex CC. Schools are noticing the fire and potential in this rising star, and the buzz just keeps on growing.
I assess that Omari offers rare versatility and relentless playmaking ability that can instantly elevate any high school or college offense. His ability to produce from multiple positions, read defenses, and strike quickly gives him game-changing potential at the next level. He’s a dependable and dangerous asset who can thrive in any system that leans on tempo, space, and toughness.
Expect Omari to continue making noise on the national scene. His mix of explosion, vision, and mental toughness makes him one of the most exciting underclassmen in the country. As his strength and football IQ continue to rise, so will his ceiling and the way he's wired, so don’t expect him to slow down. He’s out to prove something every snap, and his potential to be a future college impact player is real. His stock will continue rising as his performance on the field leaves no doubt that he is just built different. Stay tuned for yet another monster season ahead, with emphasis that he is coming for it all, and you can't contain him.
