Caleb Asbaty @AsbatyCaleb, 6'3, 185lbs, class of 24, Knoxville Catholic High School is an awesome athlete. This star right here is tough and physical on both ends of the court. Caleb is three level scorer with silky smooth touch. Bringing the rain from deep but puts in heavy work in the paint. He is gritty gobbling up boards and gets a ton of offensive put backs. Caleb gets after rebounds like a machine battling bigs for complete control and using his physical strength to outmatch them.. And he plays solid defense. Caleb's energy is infectious on both ends as well. Dropping dimes looks equally as impressive. Playing with #ProOne Caleb greatly improved his shooting and defense taking his basketball IQ to a whole new level. This stud can knock down shoots from anywhere on the floor and thrived taking on the other teams best player. Last season Caleb averaged 10pts,3reb,2ast, and 1stl. He elevated that to double -double machine by fall league . Averaging around 16pts,11reb per game. Setting the stage for a huge breakout season. I could hardly believe how fierce and scrappy Caleb was at his size I side with the bigs. Caleb has set a goal to win a State championship and become a Mr basketball finalist. That's a high bar but Caleb has the passion and fire to get it done. A true warrior y'all. What coaches should know is Caleb will bring this toughness and extreme work ethic with him. Caleb takes great pride in his defense guarding 1-4 easily. Coachable and relentless competitor that no one can match on that court. Caleb only dreams of playing next level with the right fit where that's D1-D3. Whoever lands him won't be disappointed.
