Skye is an electric two-way stud who brings instant voltage the moment he puts the ball on the floor. His handles are flat out sick, combined with explosive, shifty speed off the bounce that makes defenders panic and scramble. He changes gears in a blink, attacks gaps with force, and uses sneaky bounce to rise up and finish above the rim when lanes open. As a scorer, he is ruthless on all three levels, stretching defenses with unlimited range, stopping on a dime for pull-ups, and elevating into daggers that need no room or space. He sees the floor, drops sweet dimes in stride, and uses his athleticism to mix it up on the boards, all while bringing fierce defensive swagger that makes him a true matchup nightmare.
The numbers speak for themselves. Skye is averaging 24 points, 4 assists, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals per game, while turning it up even more in conference play at 29 points per game with 4 assists and 5 rebounds. His biggest improvement from last season has been how he sees and controls the game, growing into a true point guard who dictates pace instead of just looking to score. He now reads the floor as a whole, keeps teammates involved, and knows when to press and when to settle things down. His continued focus is on elevating his shooting ability and overall understanding of the game, knowing that shooting opens doors and expands everything else he does.
Skye plays with a high motor on both ends and thrives within the flow of the game, getting himself going while lifting everyone around him. What fuels him most is seeing his teammates succeed. When shots start falling and plays connect, it becomes a domino effect, and Skye feeds off that shared energy to raise the level even higher. His goal this season is to make the state tournament and see his team succeed, while continuing to position himself for an opportunity at the next level with a program that believes in him and lets him compete at a high level.
When facing adversity, Skye stays calm and centered, trusting the work he has put in and staying true to who he is as a player. He remains composed, confident, and ready for the moment, knowing preparation shows up when it matters most.
I assess that Skye brings a college program a dynamic guard who can score from anywhere, create for others, and impact the game on both ends. His ability to control pace, stretch defenses, and bring real defensive edge makes him a piece that can change games and lift lineups with his energy and versatility.
As Skye continues to grow his game management and shooting consistency, his ceiling keeps rising. Expect a confident, competitive guard who thrives in big moments, elevates teammates, and continues to evolve into a complete lead presence capable of making a substantial impact at the next level. Stay tuned.
