Chris is a lethal three-point sniper with a blue-collar mindset, a high IQ, and strong ball-handling ability. Chris is effective playing with his back to the basket too. Chris is a master of handling and beating heavy pressure; Chris has great court vision and makes game-winning plays. Chris is an elite defender who uses his length and toughness as a weapon, getting it done lockdown style. And without a doubt effectively mixing it up on the boards.

This past season, Chris averaged 14.6 points while shooting a blistering 46.3% from 3, adding 6 rebounds per game. The most motivating thing that happened last season that pushed Chris to move forward was when Gavin Gores got an offer from Illinois. Chris competed well with Gavin day in and day out, so he knows if he keeps working he can get there as well. Chris' goal going into this next season is to help his team get to state. A lot of the seniors and juniors have put in so much work over these past years, and Chris wants to help them get to the state and win.

Playing AAU for the Wisconsin Playmakers 17u, playing up a year, Chris' goal for next year is to make it to the new balance finals while focusing on improving, being a force on the boards, working on his ball handling, and playing more of a 3 on the court.

What fuels Chris the most on the court is probably the level he holds himself to. Chris has always held me to a higher standard than others, and when I underperform, it’s just motivation to work harder and play harder.

Chris handles adversity on the court by keeping himself calm and just thinking of his family. His dad is one of the people Chris looks up to the most because he’s dealt with lots of adversity over his life and he’s given him a good example of how to overcome.

Chris' ability to score at all levels, rebound, and get extra opportunities for his team is something that sets him apart from others. Chris gives 110% and you’ll never see him give up in a game, always competing at the highest level no matter the score. Chris also thinks his ability to shoot the three stands out a lot., shooting over 45% from three in his sophomore season of high school.

Chris expects to see himself at the D1 level, and he thinks with a few adjustments in his game, he can get there, no doubt.

I assess that with that length and shooting ability alone, Chris' potential as a D1 prospect is both realistic and achievable without a doubt. Throw in the defensive swagger and it just takes his stock to another level. Chris is putting in the work, and it's translating on the court and challenging himself by playing older, more experienced players, which is putting him ahead of the curve. There is much buzz and excitement for this upcoming season and we are all hyped to see how much more impactful Chris will be with another year of experience under his belt. Stay tuned!
