Bryson brings a steady, competitive presence to the floor with a game built on versatility, IQ, and three-level production. He uses his length and rhythm to make shots, attack gaps, and play with a pace that keeps defenders guessing. His ability to guard every position from point guards to forwards gives his team the freedom to switch, pressure, and disrupt opponents in ways most high school programs can’t. What separates Bryson is how naturally he combines toughness, poise, and feel. He is a gym rat with a quiet fire, someone who lets his game do the talking while consistently making the extra pass, stepping into big shots, and taking on whatever assignment his team needs.

Last season, his stat line reflects a reliable two-way contributor as he averaged 11.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists a game while shooting 39.1 percent from the field, 31 percent from three, and 74.6 percent from the line. His biggest impact comes when he’s attacking the rim, using his frame and balance to finish plays or force defensive rotations. This offseason, he focused on expanding his three-point range, sharpening his ball handling, and tightening his one-dribble pull-up. Strength, speed, and agility are areas he continues to develop as he works to elevate consistency and efficiency. The most impactful moment came when he found out he would have a new head coach, forcing him to adjust, grow, and step into a stronger leadership role.

Games against St. Clairsville and Beaver Local always get him going. He embraces competition, thrives in physical matchups, and loves the stretch of play when a big shot or multiple defensive stops swing momentum. Bryson fuels himself with effort and presence, understanding that leadership is built in the small moments and the hard ones. His mental reset comes from taking a breath, staying present, and not living in the past.

Bryson’s dream is to play at the D2 level and follow the path set by his older siblings, who played at West Liberty and Wheeling University. He has drawn interest from West Liberty, Wheeling, Walsh University, and more. He already carries offers from Marietta College, College of Wooster, Muskingum University, Grove City, Franciscan, and others. His game fits well in fast-paced, skilled systems that value size, shooting, and switchable defenders.

Off the court, Bryson enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time with friends. His balance, work ethic, and commitment to improving his craft give him the foundation to keep climbing.

I assess that Bryson’s combination of size, shooting touch, defensive versatility, and basketball IQ offers immediate value to a college program. His ability to guard multiple positions and play within a system allows coaches to plug him into different lineups without losing structure. His quiet leadership style, effort, and consistency make him a strong fit for programs looking for dependable wings who elevate team play.

As Bryson continues to build strength, extend his shooting range, and sharpen his one-dribble scoring, he is poised to become an even more complete and productive upperclassman. His foundation is strong, his mentality is steady, and his willingness to compete every possession stands out. Expect a rise in efficiency, confidence, and impact as he steps deeper into leadership and embraces the opportunities ahead. Stay tuned.
