Bennett brings a lightning-quick, fearless edge to the floor that can’t be taught. A high-octane guard who thrives off the bounce, he uses his combination of shifty handles, power through contact, and crafty playmaking to control the tempo and break down defenses. Whether pulling up off the dribble, hitting from the catch, or slashing through tight spaces, Bennett is always a threat to make a big play. He’s a tough shot-maker, a sneaky passer who can thread the needle, and a relentless competitor who loves silencing trash-talkers and fueling his team with energy. His ability to stay aggressive, drive into defenders, and finish strong shows a level of grit and poise that’s rare for his age. And when the spotlight heats up, his confidence only rises.

This past high school season, Bennett averaged 12.7 points, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 rebounds per game, totaling 300 points even while carrying more responsibility due to a teammate’s injury. His biggest improvement was his mindset, showing more consistency, composure, and control in key moments. He’s been working to clean up small details like quicker decision-making and extra passes while focusing on elevating every part of his game to prove he’s ready for the next level. He plays with Wisconsin Blaze on the AAU circuit and has his sights set on the July 20th tournament in Louisville as a chance to grab real interest from college coaches. This summer is personal. He’s hungry to earn that first offer and make it clear that he's no ordinary point guard.

Off the court, Bennett enjoys hanging out with friends, staying away from distractions, and clocking in for work when he’s not locking in on 2K. What fuels his fire is being doubted, from hearing the noise and turning it into motivation. He handles adversity with focus and breathes through the pressure. The best advice he’s ever been given is, “You can’t sit in your shell and expect things to happen, go make things happen yourself.”

I assess that Bennett’s explosive first step, playmaking vision, and ability to score in multiple ways give him the foundation to be a major asset in a fast-paced, attacking system. His confidence, toughness, and drive to prove people wrong will bring fire to any program willing to bet on his hunger.

Expect Bennett to turn heads this summer. He’s got the juice, the swagger, and the mindset of a rising guard just scratching the surface. As he continues expanding his game and elevating his reads, he’ll be a dynamic weapon colleges won’t be able to overlook. After a solid sophomore season expect a breakout season ahead. Stay tuned.
