There’s nothing quiet about Isaiah’s game. It’s intense, relentless, and fueled by something deeper than just buckets. A scrappy, fast guard with elite vision, Isaiah controls the game like he’s got the remote in his hand, dictating pace, picking defenses apart, and turning every possession into his tempo. He plays with that edge, that bite, that defensive DAWG mentality that refuses to back down, no matter the size matchup. Undersized on paper, but don’t get it twisted, Isaiah scores at all three levels with confidence and intent, attacking gaps, hitting shots, and making defenses pay for every mistake. On top of that, his ability to see the floor and create for others makes him just as dangerous as a playmaker, opening everything up for his team while staying in full control.

This past season, Isaiah averaged 14 points per game, with multiple breakout performances, including 4 games of 20 or more. But it wasn’t just about numbers. It was about statement wins, especially taking down their cross-town rivals twice after falling to them the year before. That wasn’t forgotten. That was circled. And when the moment came, Isaiah and his squad answered. That fire, that memory, that response, it all showed up in how he played and how he led.

His improvement from last season to now tells you everything you need to know about his work ethic. What was once a decent three-point shot turned into a real weapon in just one offseason. That didn’t happen by accident. That came from time in the gym, reps when nobody was watching, and a mindset that refuses to stay the same. Now, defenses have to respect him everywhere, and that only makes his game even more dangerous. And he’s not stopping there. One of his biggest focuses right now is being able to shoot effectively even when tired, pushing himself to stay sharp deep into games when others start to fade.

What fuels Isaiah isn’t just love for the game, doubt, rankings with names placed above him, and the noise. That edge shows up every time he steps on the floor. It’s not about talking, it’s about showing. Every possession becomes personal. Every matchup becomes a chance to prove something. That mindset, that hunger, it’s what separates him and keeps his motor running at a different level.

Even when adversity hits, Isaiah stays locked in, focused on what he can control, keeping his mind right and his energy steady. That calm within the storm allows him to continue making plays, continue leading, and continue pushing forward no matter what’s happening around him.

This summer, Isaiah will be playing Texas Summit, stepping into another opportunity to show exactly who he is on a bigger stage. With interest already coming in from programs like Howard, NC State, Texas Wesleyan, and Kansas, the foundation is there. But make no mistake, Isaiah isn’t satisfied. Not even close.

There’s a chip on his shoulder that’s real. Rankings that left him off lists or pushed him down didn’t go unnoticed. That fire is alive, and it’s driving everything right now. He’s coming with something to prove, and he’s not hiding from it. He’s embracing it.

I assess that Isaiah brings a high motor guard presence that impacts both ends of the floor. His ability to control tempo, create for others, and apply constant pressure defensively gives him real value as a floor general. The improvement in his outside shooting adds another weapon that forces defenses to stretch, while his toughness allows him to compete beyond his size. His mindset and competitive edge stand out just as much as his skill set.

Isaiah is poised to be a guard who can grow into a complete playmaker at the next level. Continued development in strength and endurance will elevate his ability to handle physicality and maintain efficiency late in games. His ceiling is rising fast, and with his work ethic and edge, he has the potential to become a difference maker in a college program that values toughness, pace control, and competitive fire. Stay tuned.
