This season has been a breakout campaign for Rylan. After batting just .182 last year, he’s flipped the script in dramatic fashion, improving to a .326 average, a testament to his tireless work ethic and elevated approach at the plate. His biggest offseason focus was refining his hitting and learning how to execute in key situations, and the results speak for themselves. That lack of production last year became his fuel, driving him to become not only a better hitter but a more dangerous all-around threat. Now, he steps into the box with purpose, scanning the diamond to see how he can move runners and manufacture runs. His motivation comes from the energy of his team, he feeds off their hype and returns it tenfold with impact plays.

Rylan's mental toughness is just as sharp as his physical tools. He embraces adversity head-on, turning tough moments into learning experiences, staying grounded, and leaning on the people around him to keep rising. His message to younger players is to give everything you have on every play. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, “Never give up on a play". .
