Cooper is a dynamic athlete with a prolific throwing ability and high-level IQ. Cooper can zip a spiral on a string with accuracy from the pocket or on the move. This stud has a cannon and he knows exactly how to use it to dissect a defense like a master surgeon. He can fling it with a silky smooth touch 40 yards or more with ease. It's a thing of beauty to behold. But the magic comes when he breaks out of the pocket to keep a play alive giving his offense time to break open. Then he delivers the pass in dazzling fashion or scrabbles for yards himself to keep the offense moving. Defenses have to respect that he can hurt them in multiple ways. Watching Cooper read the defense and make game-winning plays is first-class elite playmaking. 

This past season Cooper hit the field with guns blazing as a freshman y'all torching helpless defenses for 1,896 yards on 137/235(58%) and 22 TDs.  Leading his team to a sweet 10-win season earning himself:

Cooper feels his biggest improvement from last year is being stronger, faster, and just learning more about defenses. Spending countless hours just watching, so much film he relies on that film to tell him how the defense is lined up and what they are going to do. That folks is a student of the game. In addition, Cooper is always working hard, and being patient which helps him bring his skills to another level.

One thing that sets Cooper apart from other QBs is his leadership. He is hard on his teammates every day in practice so when games come everything runs smoothly - always pushing them to be sharp, motivating them to stay hungry to take their game to another level and never settle for mediocre. Demands accountability while giving 100% every play. 

  The most impactful thing that happened last year for Cooper is him having a year to learn the system and coming into this year having a year under his belt to become a better overall QB.  Cooper was able to excel as a freshman and lead his team to a 10-win season due to the help of his coaches and his teammates pushing him hard in practice every day, and just having fun while playing. 

  Cooper's goals this season are to stay healthy first of all and to also continue to do his job of getting the playmakers the ball. Staying patient and living in the film room helps Cooper be relentless in his pursuit to master reading defenses, and making the right plays to put his team in a position to score and win. 

What fuels Cooper's fire the most while on the field is just knowing that he still has so much to prove and more things to improve on.

Cooper is a high-level D1 talent and is still developing and growing as a player and is passionate about learning and super coachable. Cooper is a humble star who excels on the field and in the classroom with a 4.0 GPA. Cooper is a natural-born leader with a competitive edge and a winning mindset coaches can trust. Cooper has an insane work ethic on the field and in the film room. A coach can trust they don't have to motivate him on any front and can see he pushes everyone around him to get better. 

Cooper's advice to those coming behind him is just to work hard every day. If you don’t think you’re getting better, you are and it will pay off eventually.

Something that makes a school stand out to Cooper is just how well the coaches treat him, and his family and also how they compete to win games.  

My assessment from just a glimpse of what Copper can do when his number is called was so impressive that he is better than what I heard. Not hype but a flat star and a budding superstar y'all. TN is producing high-level talent these days and Cooper is going to be among the best for years to come. I am excited to see what Cooper's game will look like by the time he is a senior, as he could be one of the best to ever come out of this state. He is already ranked the #1 QB at this moment. I'm going to enjoy tracking his career and I invite everyone to get on this train right now cause it's only going to keep picking up steam.
