Luke is the kind of player who can change the feel of a game the moment he catches fire. His deep shooting range stretches defenses well beyond the arc, but his game goes far beyond raining in threes. He can facilitate, finish at the rim, create opportunities for teammates, and make life difficult on the defensive end with active hands that lead to deflections and steals. Every trip down the floor is fueled by maximum effort, and he takes pride in playing as hard as he possibly can from the opening tip until the final buzzer. Whether the ball is in his hands or not, Luke competes with energy, toughness, and a mindset that refuses to back down.

Luke spent the season playing at the JV level, where he continued to build his confidence and elevate every part of his game. Two performances still stand out above the rest. One came when everything seemed to click, as he exploded for 29 points and simply could not miss. Another memorable night came against a rival when he had only two points entering the fourth quarter before exploding for 16 to finish the game. Those moments showed not only his scoring ability but also his confidence to keep attacking no matter how a game starts. They also proved he can stay patient, trust his work, and become the spark his team needs when the game is on the line.

The biggest improvement Luke made this past year was extending his range from beyond the three-point line. Already known as a lethal shooter, he has worked to become even more dangerous from deep, giving defenders one more problem to solve every time he steps on the floor. The more range he adds, the harder it becomes for defenses to slow him down because he has the ability to score from well beyond the arc while still creating opportunities for others and finishing around the basket.

When Luke steps on the floor against well-known players, there is no hesitation in his approach. His mindset is simple. He wants to prove he belongs right with them and show everyone he deserves to be ranked and recognized. Instead of being intimidated by big names, he embraces those opportunities as another chance to compete and let his game do the talking.

The behind-the-scenes work is where Luke believes his success is built. His days often include three to five workouts, early mornings, late nights, around 350 made shots every day, and time in the weight room. That level of commitment isn't easy, but he understands improvement comes from what happens long before game day. This offseason, his biggest focus is becoming bigger, faster, stronger, and more explosive so every part of his game continues taking another step forward.

Looking ahead, Luke wants to help his team win a district championship while also chasing a personal goal of leading the state in made three-pointers. Those goals reflect both his confidence and his team-first mentality because winning remains at the center of everything he wants to accomplish. No matter what role he is asked to play, his focus stays on doing whatever it takes to help his team succeed.

When coaches watch Luke compete, they can expect a player who is ready to knocklmultiple three-pointers, play with nonstop effort, be an outstanding teammate, and never back away from a challenge. His confidence continues growing, his shooting range keeps expanding, and his work ethic speaks for itself. As he continues to develop physically and add even more to his game, expect Luke to become an even bigger weapon, capable of making a major impact every time he steps on the floor.
