His hustle is nonstop, his rebounding is ruthless, and his presence is pure fire. What separates him from the rest is how he turns gritty plays into momentum-shifting moments, setting the tone for his team and throwing off his opponents rhythm. Coaches don’t have to guess what they’re getting when he steps on the floor, they know they’re getting a firestarter who does all the little things with fierce intent.

This past season, Korde averaged 10 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 steals per game, dominating in the dirty work while still contributing offensively. His biggest improvement was stepping into aggression mode of rebounding with authority, attacking loose balls, and playing through adversity with fearless confidence. Even after suffering a dislocated knee that sidelined him for four weeks, he came back hungrier than ever. Now, he’s focused on tightening his handle, building confidence under pressure, and developing his ability to operate from the wing. He’s playing this AAU season with FYN Allstars, with a goal to pick up at least two D1 offers, gain national recognition, and prove that he can outwork and outperform anyone lined up against him. His sights are especially set on the NXTPRO Tournament in Orlando, where he plans to make noise.

Looking ahead to next season, Korde has locked in on a varsity starting role and plans to lead with energy, accountability, and voice. He handles adversity with maturity, turning to trusted coaches and keeping his mindset focused. The best advice he’s received is, "Pick your teammates up when they’re down. It's only 10 points; don’t let that break you." That mentality drives him. He’s not just playing basketball but playing with purpose, passion, and pressure-proof grit.

I assess that Korde brings an impact few players his age can match. His relentless rebounding, high motor, and unselfish hustle are difference-making qualities that translate well to the next level.
