Elijah plays with a combination of flash, finesse, and explosives that makes him one of the most exciting and productive guards in Kentucky. He’s a quick, shifty, and smooth floor general with a strong frame that absorbs contact and a sick handle that keeps defenders guessing. Elijah isn’t just a prolific scorer but a do-it-all weapon. With elite passing instincts and a natural feel for the game, he can break down defenses off the bounce and create highlight-worthy dimes, all while controlling the tempo like a seasoned vet. He thrives in chaos, finishes through traffic, and sets teammates up in stride. But what separates him is his impact on both ends, he’s a fierce on-ball defender and a relentless rebounder, averaging nearly nine boards per game from the guard spot. That speaks to his toughness, his timing, and just how badly he wants it.
This past season, Elijah averaged a staggering 22.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 2.6 steals per game while shooting over 83% from the free-throw line. He’s already piled up 2,365 career points and 925 rebounds. The numbers don't lie but validate his complete game impact. His ability to get to the rim, shoot from anywhere, and hit clutch free throws makes him a nightmare for defenses late in games. His biggest improvement was his shot selection and understanding when to attack versus when to distribute, as well as stepping up as a true lockdown defender. He’s become stronger, smarter, and nearly impossible to stay in front of.
Elijah plays with Kentucky Supreme, where he’s focused on making the right reads, protecting the ball, and doing whatever it takes to win. He’s looking forward to the bright lights of the Expo Center in Louisville and the chance to show he can lead a team at the highest level. His AAU goals are to dominate without forcing, be the steady hand that doesn’t turn it over, and outwork everyone on both ends of the floor.
Next season, he’s coming back with a vengeance. Elijah is hungry to elevate again with a team goal of 20 wins and to make a little history by playing in the regional tournament. The high point of the year was beating Murray High for the first time in 38 years, and it was a turning point, proving he could deliver in the biggest moments. And nothing gets him going more than a big defensive stop followed by a flashy assist that brings the gym to life. That balance of grit and flair is what makes him special.
Elijah handles adversity like a by staying calm, letting his game speak, and never letting the moment get too big. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, “Hustle is a skill. Make the coach have to keep you on the floor.” And with the way he plays, they don’t have a choice.
I assess that Elijah is a walking mismatch. He is an explosive scorer with elite vision, a strong frame, and the toughness to crash the glass and dig in defensively. His rare blend of scoring and rebounding at the guard position makes him a game-changer. His ability to lead, get stops, and deliver in crunch time makes him a high-level difference-maker for any college program.
Expect Elijah to continue racking up numbers and stacking wins. As his shooting off screens and perimeter consistency continues evolving, his already polished game will only rise. He has the tools, the mindset, and the fire to be one of the best guards in the region. and he’s not slowing down anytime soon. Stay tuned for yet another breakout season ahead.
