Coming off a strong season, averaging 17 points and 7 rebounds per game, Zach continues to focus on evolving his handle and jumper to become even more dangerous in space. His biggest improvement came from stepping into new positions and embracing a team-first role, which has only expanded his game and leadership. This offseason, he's locked in on developing his athleticism and jumper while making his presence even more dominant. Playing for TN United, he’s eyeing Big Shots Live in Charlotte as a chance to show out, gain exposure, and prove he belongs on a bigger stage. What motivates him most is growth, mentally, physically, and in his impact on the team. He’s fueled by the energy of his teammates, the excitement of big moments, and the desire to see how far his game can go. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, "It’ll come naturally when you put in the work."

I assess that Zach brings a mix of length, hustle, and versatility that makes him a valuable weapon for any coach. His rebounding effort and ability to defend multiple positions will translate well at the next level, especially as he becomes a more consistent perimeter threat.
