6’7 SG (projected 6’9), Class of 2029
Jefferson Forest HS, VA
Lincoln is a towering shot-maker with an instinctive feel for the game and an upside that jumps off the court. At 6’7 with a projected height of 6’9, he’s already a matchup nightmare. A true three-level scorer who glides across the floor with length and sneaky speed, he can score inside, knock down the midrange, and stretch defenses from deep. His natural rebounding sense and rim protection instincts give him an immediate presence on both ends. What sets Lincoln apart isn’t just his skill set, it’s his hunger. He plays with edge, vision, and confidence, knowing exactly what he brings and what he’s building toward. Coaches can expect a long, athletic guard who reads the game, protects the paint, and punishes defenders with high-IQ scoring moves.
As just an 8th grader playing JV, Lincoln averaged 13.5 points, 7 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and contributed across the board with steals and assists. His ability to impact the game in multiple ways is already clear, and his best basketball is still ahead of him. His biggest focus this offseason is taking his game to the next level by tightening his handle and boosting his vertical. Playing with Hill City Crash this summer, he’s chasing another Big Shots tournament title and will showcase his talent during the Live Periods in Myrtle Beach. His next big milestone? Varsity basketball—and he’s ready to make noise. Whether it’s throwing down a dunk or erasing a shot with a big-time block, Lincoln feeds off momentum and knows how to ignite a team. When facing adversity, he leans on the hours he’s spent grinding on his own, trusting his preparation and letting his game speak. The best advice he carries is, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” And Lincoln’s not done, he’s got a lot to prove, a lot of goals to chase, and the fire to go get it.
I assess that Lincoln’s combination of size, touch, vision, and natural feel for rebounding and rim protection gives him tremendous value as a high-level prospect. His ability to score at all three levels and his willingness to keep working make him a unique weapon for future college programs looking for versatility and growth.
Expect Lincoln to emerge as one of the top names in Virginia’s 2029 class as he transitions to varsity. His stock is headed sky-high, and with continued work on his lateral quickness and ball-handling, he has all the ingredients to become an elite guard-forward hybrid. The ceiling is massive and he's only just getting started. Stay tuned.
