Lawrren is a fiery, high-IQ guard who plays every possession like it’s the most important one of the game. He’s a lights-out shooter from deep, knocking down threes at a blistering 56% clip during AAU season, a weapon that immediately bends defenses and opens the floor. But he’s far more than a perimeter threat. Lawrren is a downhill attacker with great vision, capable of making smart passes on the move or finishing over help defenders. He brings constant energy, vocal leadership, and scrappy defense to the table, holding his own against bigger matchups and forcing turnovers with fierce instincts. What separates him is his consistency, in his effort, his voice, and his impact on both ends of the court.

During AAU play, Lawrren averaged 15.7 points, 6.3 assists, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game, while shooting 48% from the field and 81% from the line. His ability to run the offense without turning the ball over and knock down shots at every level made him a standout in the Prep Hoops Circuit. He was named a 2x Top Performer, earned 3 Game Changer honors, and received 5 total articles from Prep Hoops, proving that his game is getting the recognition it deserves. The biggest leap in his development came off the court as much as on it. He’s built good habits, locked in on film study, and developed a stronger mental approach through confidence and consistency, all of which have elevated his overall performance.

One of the most impactful moments this summer was competing at the Puma Nationals in Orlando. Being on that stage gave him a shot to measure himself against elite talent and prove he belonged. It also fueled his desire to continue climbing. He’s focused this offseason on learning to finish through contact rather than around it, becoming a more physical presence on drives, and continuing to grow his voice as a leader. Whether he’s communicating in a huddle or reading the floor during a press break, Lawrren is often the one directing traffic and setting the tone.

Next season at DeLaSalle, Lawrren is looking to have a key role on a loaded team filled with DI prospects. His goal is to be the glue guy, someone who makes his minutes count by knocking down shots, defending hard, and doing whatever it takes to help the team win. He’s confident in his ability to impact the game without forcing it, and he plays with the kind of competitive spirit that coaches crave. When facing adversity, Lawrren doesn’t shy away, he steps up, addresses what needs to be fixed, and leads his team through it. He sees adversity not as an obstacle, but as a test.

Lawrren’s foundation is built on love for the game, faith in the grind, and belief in his ability. The best advice he ever received came from his middle school coach, who said, " to work on confidence." That mindset shift changed everything. He still keeps in touch with that coach and credits that conversation as a major turning point in his journey. Now, he dreams of playing professionally and just hopes the right coach sees what he brings to the table, because he knows they’ll like what they find.

Off the court, Lawrren is a family-first kind of kid. He values time with loved ones, stays focused on school and basketball, and keeps his circle tight. He’s humble, driven, and fully locked into his dream.

I assess that Lawrren’s shooting ability, vocal leadership, and unselfish play make him a valuable asset to any program. He understands how to play his role, stretch the floor, defend with pride, and bring balance to an offense. Coaches looking for a glue guy with edge and potential will love what he brings, both as a scorer and a teammate.

With continued growth in physical strength and contact finishing, Lawrren is on track to be a major contributor at the varsity level this season. His elite shooting, vision, and hustle will open doors, and as his confidence continues to rise, so will his presence in his class. Don’t be surprised when he earns that ranking, he’s putting in the work to make sure of it. Stay tuned.
