Josh is an offensive weapon that instantly puts defenses on their heels the moment he crosses half-court. With the ability to make shots from anywhere at a blistering, consistent clip, he mixes long-range accuracy with explosive athleticism that can electrify the crowd in an instant. His handles are nasty, his speed with the ball is dangerous, and he thrives under pressure, whether creating separation for a dagger three, attacking the rim, or delivering a clutch finish in traffic. Just as impactful on the glass, Josh’s rebounding swagger gives his team extra possessions and sparks fast breaks, while his strong passing vision turns those opportunities into points. On the defensive end, his athleticism allows him to contest shots, disrupt passing lanes, and set the tone for his team’s energy. Every possession, Josh plays with a fiery blend of skill and composure, and his leadership presence makes him a driving force for winning basketball.

This past season averaged a jaw-dropping 31.6 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game. His biggest leap came in athleticism, going from being unable to dunk to throwing down windmills and running the floor with blazing speed. His offseason focus is on expanding his defensive craft and developing more movement without the ball, perfecting cuts, setting screens, and finding scoring lanes beyond isolation play. Josh’s AAU goals are to bring home 3+ championships while building elite chemistry with his squad.

Now at Rock Springs Christian Academy, he’s ready to make his presence felt, gunning for a playoff run and eyeing a potential state championship. Nothing gets him more locked in than a three-pointer that silences the crowd, an emphatic dunk, or a game-changing defensive stop. He approaches adversity with poise, using it as fuel to push harder. The best advice he’s ever received is, “Extraordinary isn’t above average.” Off the court, he stays committed to recovery and strength work, spending time in the weight room and hot/cold tubs to keep his body primed for the grind.

I assess that Josh’s elite shooting range, explosive hops, and ability to handle pressure make him a dangerous multi-level scorer who can stretch defenses and open up the floor for any college offense. His leadership qualities and relentless motor ensure he can be an immediate culture booster for a program, both on and off the court.

Expect Josh to continue elevating his game with improved off-ball movement and defensive consistency, adding even more weapons to his offensive arsenal. With his current scoring ability and growing athletic dominance, his potential is sky-high, positioning him as a game-changer this upcoming season and beyond. Stay tuned.
