Ashton plays with electricity in his veins and fearlessness in his heart. An explosive force off the bounce, he slices through defenses and finds seams that others don’t even see. Whether he’s finishing over size at the rim or pulling up confidently in rhythm, Ashton thrives in chaos, turning speed and athleticism into constant pressure. His ability to push tempo and control pace makes him the spark plug every team needs. With a scrappy edge on defense and a smooth shooting stroke that keeps evolving, Ashton is quickly making a name for himself as a tough, dynamic guard who shows up when it counts.

He averaged 12 points, 4 assists, and 2 rebounds per game this past season, with his shooting being the biggest improvement. Countless hours in the gym tweaking his form paid off, and it’s showing both in confidence and results. He wants to keep building a complete game this offseason, becoming more fluid, more consistent, and more dangerous with every rep. One of the most meaningful moments for him was the chance to showcase his skills in front of unfamiliar eyes, and he made the most of it. This past weekend at the NY2LA Midwest Classic, Ashton erupted for 18 points against a loaded Wisconsin Playmakers squad, proving he’s ready for any spotlight.

He’s playing this AAU season with Indiana Elite Wetzel and had the Wisconsin tournament circled all year, knowing the level of exposure and competition it would bring. Heading into next season, Ashton is hungry to see how much his work translates, attacking every day with purpose. What fuels his fire on the court is the energy from his teammates catching fire or a big defensive stop, they flip a switch in him that turns up the heat. And when facing adversity, Ashton reflects, adapts, and responds with intensity. That mindset, built on the belief that he can be the best if he works like it, has fueled everything. Advice from his elementary coach that inspires him is, “You can be the best, but you have to work like the best.” And that’s exactly what he’s doing.

Off the court, Ashton enjoys spending quality time with family and close friends, never losing sight of the support system that keeps him motivated and level-headed.

I assess that Ashton brings a fierce edge and fast-paced fire to the floor. His mix of scoring ability, athleticism, and defensive energy gives him immediate impact potential at the next level. He’s a gamer, a leader in transition, and a reliable weapon who can create for himself and others under pressure.

As Ashton continues to evolve his all-around game, his ceiling continues to rise. Expect him to elevate as a consistent scoring threat and floor general with the kind of heart and work ethic coaches crave. His belief in himself and relentless motor set the stage for something special moving forward. Stay tuned for a breakout season ahead.
