Sam is an explosive, high-flying combo guard with bounce, versatility, and a growing arsenal that makes him one of the most exciting young talents in Wisconsin. He’s got shifty handles, elite elevation, and the creativity to shake defenders or rise above them for clean looks. His ability to score at all three levels is matched by his flair for attacking off the bounce, where his athleticism takes center stage. Sam can stop on a dime, elevate over contests, and deliver highlight plays that energize his team. He’s electric in transition, poised in the half court, and determined to be more than just a scorer, he wants to dominate both ends.

After averaging 15 points per game on junior varsity as a freshman, Sam made big improvements defensively, an area he focused on and is proud to have elevated. Increasing his vertical was one of the most impactful parts of his season, helping him crash the glass harder and finish stronger through contact. His offseason focus now turns to tightening his ball-handling and continuing to become a more complete two-way player. He’s motivated, driven, and locked in on turning his raw tools into pure dominance.

Sam plays for Wisconsin Playmakers P32 15U on the AAU circuit and is looking to lead his squad to championships in both Memphis and St. Louis. He wants to stand out as a vocal leader while continuing to showcase his skills and drive against top competition. With Memphis on the July calendar, he’s ready to make some noise and turn heads. Looking ahead to next season at Stevens Point, Sam is hungry to help his high school team bring home a conference championship.

For Sam, winning is what fires him up the most. When his team is locked in, playing together, and piling up wins, that’s when he’s in his element. When facing adversity, he keeps his head, communicating with teammates, and staying positive no matter what showing poise and maturity.. He lives by the best advice he’s ever received from his dad and NBA pro Sam Hauser, who said, “Don’t worry about what’s going on around you. You can only control your energy and effort.” Sam lives that message on and off the court.

When he’s not hooping, he’s competing in baseball and football or enjoying time with his friends. Whether it’s on the hardwood, the diamond, or the gridiron, one thing is always certain, Sam is going to bring the energy, the passion, and the fire every time.

Sam’s high-level athleticism, scoring instincts, and multi-sport background give him a serious edge. He’s a space-creating guard who can explode at the rim or hit from distance, and his willingness to improve defensively only adds to his impact. With his motor and vertical pop, he’s built to make plays on this level and the next.

Still, early in his development, Sam is already making major waves. With a work ethic that matches his talent, expect him to emerge as a go-to player and leader as he moves into varsity action. His ceiling is incredibly high, and his mindset is already where it needs to be. The best is yet to come, as he hasn't even scratched the surface of just how good he can be.
