Damion is a high-octane guard with big-game bite and fearless flair. Dame’s ball handling is electric, and his ability to find open teammates with good court vision gives him the control of a true floor general. What separates Dame from other guards at his position is his blend of scoring flash and gritty defense, he’s a sniper with a relentless motor who takes pride in locking up ball-handlers and sparking momentum with steals. Quick, fearless, and wired to compete, Dame is a dog on both ends.

This past season, Dame averaged 11 points, 3 assists, 2 steals, and 1 rebound per game. But his biggest improvement was his passing, reading defenses, spacing the floor, and creating more opportunities for others. He embraced that growth and now looks to take his game even further by developing his finishing ability at the rim. Becoming more versatile as a finisher will only complement his already lethal perimeter game and make him even more dangerous in transition and in half-court sets.

Dame is playing with H2G this AAU season and has his eyes on making waves at The Stage (Adidas circuit). His goals are to compete at the highest level, keep evolving, and let the world know what he brings to the court. He’s also driven by bigger ambitions next season at Oakwood: winning a league championship and bringing home a Central Coast Section title. He’s ready to lead and leave a statement.

What fires Dame up most is defense, snatching a steal, flipping the energy of a game, and watching his teammates cash in off the chaos he creates. His passion is contagious, and his intensity makes him a game-changer on both ends. When facing adversity, Dame doesn’t fold, he fights. He leans into it with strength, grit, and confidence in the work he’s put in.

The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, “Pass and get it.” That reflects the way Dame plays: move it, get it back, and go make a play. He’s a college-level athlete with big-time potential and a mindset to match. He’s not just here to compete, he’s here to win.
