AJ has been playing basketball since was in diapers. When his parents tell him “they love seeing him play” now his family goes deep to his games to support him, AJ wants to make them proud and his team proud. He has had a different coach every year and has played varsity basketball and this is tough. He understands that basketball is building his character. It makes him adaptable, flexible, accountable, and a leader, etc. His aunt, his dad's only sister, passed away last year. Before she passed away she found some strength to come watch me.
play a few games. Seeing her smile knowing she was in pain reminds him that I shouldn’t complain and he should make the best out of what life throws at me.
Whatever role AJ is needed to play he will give 100% effort to be the best at it. AJ will lead by example so you will catch him putting in hours outside of practice during the season & off-season. AJ just needs to go somewhere he knows the coach believes in him. My assessment is AJ is a high-level performer destined for great things. This young star has intangibles you just can't teach. Another one we gotta lock in this summer. See AJ's awards for this season above.
