Tyler is a fearless floor general with a flamethrower jumper and the mentality of a true leader. He’s a sharpshooter with unlimited range who can take over a game with his shot alone, but his vision and passing make him even more dangerous. He thrives under pressure, stays composed in chaos, and leads by example every trip down the floor. Tyler’s game is built around control, controlling the tempo, making the right reads, and striking from deep with confidence. He sees everything, facilitates with poise, and isn’t afraid to rise when the game is on the line. He’s a versatile, skilled point guard with a smooth handle and a shot that forces defenders to guard him from the logo.

Tyler’s biggest improvement has been his passing efficiency, and his shooting became more consistent and lethal. He also improved his ball-handling under pressure, becoming more secure in tight moments. Now, he’s focused on building explosiveness, lateral quickness, and rebounding while continuing to get physically stronger. What separates him is the maturity he’s developed, learning the true responsibilities of running the team and stepping into a leadership role. Last weekend, playing with KY Future Elite, Tyler averaged 19.5 points over four games, knocking down over three triples per game, with 3.6 rebounds and 3 assists per contest. His goal this summer is to evolve into a top-tier on-ball defender while continuing to lead with intensity. He’s locked in on the Puma Finals in Orlando and is fired up to win districts in the upcoming school season.

What fuels Tyler is the big shot. The adrenaline of a close game and the energy that erupts when he rains a three. He never lets adversity shake him. Calm, composed, and focused, he leads with effort, discipline, and a fierce competitive spirit. He is always playing hard, always positive, always working. Tyler isn’t just about scoring, he’s about setting the tone, lifting his teammates, and putting in the work to be great.

I assess that Tyler’s deep shooting, high-IQ passing, and leadership make him a valuable asset at the next level. His ability to stretch the floor while managing the game from the point gives him an edge in any system that values spacing and decision-making.

As he continues to build strength and add defensive intensity to his game, Tyler’s potential is sky-high. Expect him to become one of the most complete guards in his class who leads, scores, and wins. Stay tuned.
