Tegan is electric, dynamic, and fiercely competitive. Everything you want in a playmaker and more. He attacks the game with an explosive energy that’s impossible to ignore with that DOGG mentality. Every dribble, every pass, every possession is a chance to make something happen. What jumps off the page is his gritty toughness and crafty court sense. Teagan’s a guard who can slice through a defense with purpose, dish with flair, or rise for a jumper with confidence and control. He reads the floor like a seasoned vet, always two steps ahead, keeping the tempo up and the pressure constant. On both ends of the court, Teagan brings a fiery presence. His defensive motor doesn’t stop; he digs into matchups with fierce intent, makes smart reads, and communicates like a leader. Offensively, he’s got a smooth handle, a confident pull-up, and the type of court vision that unlocks plays most guys don’t even see
. This past season, Tegan averaged 8 points, 3 boards, and 3 assists per game but that only tells part of the story. It’s the way he controls momentum, shifts gears, and embraces the gritty parts of the game that sets him apart. Ask him what fuels that fire and he’ll tell you straight: “The truth is in the details.” That mindset shows in everything he does. He doesn’t skip reps. He doesn’t take shortcuts. Whether it’s working on his jumper, getting stronger in the weight room, or pushing through late-night shooting sessions, Teagan’s hunger to grow never fades. He’s a sponge in the gym and a general on the floor, knowing exactly what it takes, and he’s willing to grind for it.
When the game tightens, Teagan tightens with it. He doesn’t shy away from the moment. He embraces pressure, seeks out responsibility, and finds a way to deliver, whether it’s with a key bucket, a crucial stop, or a selfless assist. That fearless mentality, paired with his poise and leadership, makes him a glue guy with star qualities. His teammates trust him because they know he’s locked in and ready every time he laces up.
For a college program, Teagan won't be just a stat sheet filler. He’s a culture piece. He raises the standard in practice. He brings energy into the locker room. He holds others accountable by first holding himself to a high bar. Off the court, he’s a connector, always encouraging guys, staying vocal, and leading by example. His game speaks, but so does his character.
I assess that Teagan is a rising guard with a strong foundation in both skill and mindset. While he’s currently producing solid numbers across the board, his ceiling is sky-high. He’s still developing physically, and as his frame continues to fill out and his confidence deepens, expect a noticeable uptick in production. His leadership and effort are already college-level, and he plays with a maturity that’s rare for his age.
What makes Teagan a legitimate asset to a college program isn’t just his tools but the way he uses them. His ability to balance scoring with playmaking, to lead without needing the spotlight, and to lock in on both ends gives him the flexibility to contribute in multiple roles. He would thrive in a structured, high-effort system that values IQ, toughness, and communication. Coaches can trust him to play smart, compete hard, and elevate the entire team culture.
Expect a major jump in Teagan’s game over the next year. With his relentless approach to improvement and deep understanding of the work required, he's primed to increase his offensive production and overall impact. Don’t be surprised if he becomes a 12+ PPG guy while continuing to lead vocally and anchor defensively. He’ll be hitting camps, stacking tools, and proving he’s ready to compete at the college level. Teagan’s not just coming to play, but hungry to win.
