Noah isn't waiting for tomorrow to become a leader. He's already embracing that role today. Every time he steps on the floor, he brings an energy that's impossible to ignore, playing with passion, intensity, and a nonstop motor. While plenty of young guards can score the basketball, Noah takes pride in setting the tone, making the right play, and giving everything he has on both ends of the floor. His game is built around doing whatever his team needs to win, whether that's attacking the paint, creating easy looks for teammates, locking up on defense, or diving after loose balls. That relentless approach has already made him someone his teammates can count on and his coaches can trust.

The season at Second Baptist was everything Noah hoped it would be and more. It was filled with hard work, unforgettable memories, and a brotherhood that grew stronger every day as the team chased one goal together. All of that effort paid off with a state championship, and cutting down the nets with his teammates and coaches became the moment he'll never forget. While championships are won by complete teams, Noah quietly helped drive that success by finishing as one of the team's leaders in assists and steals, proving that impacting winning goes far beyond putting points on the scoreboard. Watching the group grow together while reaching the top made every practice, every workout, and every sacrifice worth it.

One of the biggest improvements in Noah's game didn't show up in the stat sheet. It showed up in his voice. He believes a point guard has to be an extension of the coach, leading by example on the floor, in the classroom, and in everyday life. Becoming more vocal and embracing that responsibility has been the biggest growth in his development. Instead of simply running the offense, he's learning how to lead people, communicate, and bring everyone together when the game gets tough. That's a quality that becomes more valuable with every level of basketball.

That growth carried right into a strong AAU season. Noah averaged 17 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals per game while continuing to elevate every part of his game. His biggest memories came during two overtime battles where he dropped the dime on the game-winning basket both times. Those moments perfectly describe who he is as a floor general. When the pressure rises, he isn't chasing the spotlight for himself. He's making the winning play and trusting his teammates to finish the job. Throughout the summer, he focused on getting paint touches, creating opportunities for others, and making an impact on both ends of the floor while continuing to grow offensively and defensively.

Even after winning a championship and putting together a productive AAU season, Noah isn't satisfied. This offseason is all about becoming a more complete basketball player. He's putting extra attention on becoming an even tougher on-ball defender while expanding every level of his offensive game, from the deep three to the middy pull-up and the floater. His goals remain simple and team-first. He wants another championship with his brothers while continuing to raise his game one day at a time because he knows there is still another level waiting to be reached.

The work behind the scenes never stops. Noah spends time in the gym every single day getting shots up, building strength and conditioning, and sharpening both his offensive and defensive skills with his trainers. When organized workouts end, he's still searching for competition, playing pickup games throughout the week to keep developing his instincts and confidence. Improvement isn't something he hopes for. It's something he works toward every single day.

What fuels Noah is easy to see once the game starts. He genuinely loves basketball, and that love shows up in the way he competes. His high motor, passion, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help his team win separate him from many young guards his age. Coaches know they're getting maximum effort every time he steps on the floor because taking plays off simply isn't part of who he is. Whether he's defending, pushing the pace, creating for teammates, or making hustle plays that don't always make the highlight reel, Noah is determined to leave everything he has on the court.

Looking ahead, Noah believes his best basketball is still in front of him because he knows how much work he's putting into becoming a better leader and a better player. He's excited for everyone to see the growth that's taking place and believes this next season will be another step toward becoming the complete point guard he knows he can be. With his mindset, work ethic, and team-first attitude, he's only scratching the surface of what's possible.

I assess that Noah already understands one of the hardest parts of playing point guard at a high level: making everyone around him better. His leadership continues to grow; he plays with high energy, and he embraces winning over personal numbers. His ability to create offense, attack the paint, generate steals, and compete with nonstop energy gives him a strong foundation that will continue to grow as his skill set expands.

Noah's ceiling continues to rise because he refuses to become comfortable. Every answer points back to growth, whether it's becoming a stronger defender, adding more scoring tools, or leading with a louder voice. Combine that mindset with daily work, natural competitiveness, and an unselfish approach, and it's easy to see why he believes his best basketball is still ahead.
