Cameron is a wing with high-level skill, grit, and a fierce love for the game that every coach wants and every team needs. He’s not just a scorer but a rebound machine and defensive enforcer who brings physicality and presence every trip down the floor. Averaging eight boards a game, Cameron consistently wins battles in the paint and gives his team extra possessions. But what really sets him apart is his shot-blocking ability, his timing, instincts, and vertical hops fuel a block party every game. He erases shots at the rim, alters drives, and makes opposing players think twice before attacking. Offensively, he's a true three-level threat, raining threes at a 41% clip in AAU, finishing through contact with either hand, and showing the ability to create his own shot when needed. He's a high-IQ playmaker who doesn’t force things, often setting up teammates with unselfish vision. While he’s focused on improving his handles and full-court defensive consistency, his tools, passion, and motor give him the potential to be special.
This past season, Cameron averaged 9.2 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and a eye-popping 3.5 blocks per game. His biggest improvement was his physical, gaining 30 pounds to better handle the physical demands of high-level play. And it’s already paying off. In AAU action, he’s knocked down threes at a 41% clip and showed he can take over games, like his 32-point explosion against GA Legacy where he went 3-for-4 from deep and 8,-for-8 at the line. That kind of performance validate that he’s not just talented, he’s productive and learning how to impact in every phase of the game. His offseason focus remains on becoming one of the best defenders in the 2026 class while continuing to grow as a primary option and ball-dominant threat.
Cameron’s path to this moment hasn’t been easy. Moving from Canada to the U.S. brought a whole new level of competition, but it also revealed just how much he wants this. Playing for Athletes First, Genesis Canada, and now Basketball Nova Scotia, he’s taken pride in representing both countries and growing through every challenge. He’s gearing up for the Canada Games this summer while chasing the goal of being one of the top players in Georgia and a name college coaches can trust. His motivation comes alive in the heat of competition, and he thrives when the stakes are high. The best coaching advice he’s ever received was, “Be you, and good things will happen.” That’s exactly what he’s doing. Off the court, Cameron is maintaining a 4.0 GPA, scoring 1150 on the SAT, and staying grounded by lifting, learning, and keeping family and friends close.
I assess that Cameron brings a rare mix of size, skill, and defensive presence to the wing position. His ability to stretch the floor, finish in traffic, rebound, and protect the rim makes him a valuable piece for any college program. His character, leadership, and academic excellence only strengthen his case as a next-level player ready to grow and lead.
As Cameron continues to improve his handles and become more comfortable as a ball-dominant scorer, expect his stock to rise fast. The foundation is in place, and the fire to be great is already burning. With continued development and exposure, he’s on a path to becoming one of the most versatile and dependable wings in his class. He is poised for a breakout season ahead. Stay tuned.
