Anthony is a dynamic three-level scoring menace with unlimited range, a beautiful touch, and a quick trigger. He’s explosive off the bounce, creating space with ease or rising right over defenders to get his shot off. A strong finisher at the rim, Anthony’s leaping ability also makes him a major factor on the boards, where his presence is always felt.
Last season, Anthony delivered an impressive 24.7 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game. This year, he’s taken it up a notch, averaging a jaw-dropping 30 points a game and an incredible 35 points over his last four games adding 10.3 rebounds and . assists per game. While his scoring dominates the headlines, Anthony remains focused on improving his rebounding, proving his dedication to rounding out his game.
Anthony’s goals for the season are as bold as they are inspiring: win a district title, become conference champions, and break the county scoring record. His growth as a shooter has been one of his standout improvements, with an even higher shooting percentage this year.
Anthony's biggest accomplishment so far is scoring 1,000 career points as a junior and earning All-Ohio honors. Anthony’s biggest game came in a 46-point explosion against rival Edgewood, where he thrived in front of a packed, electric crowd. For tournament play, Anthony believes his team has what it takes to make a deep run, relying on their hard work and unity to get the job done.
What fuels Anthony’s fire the most is stepping into an environment where the odds are stacked against him. Those moments push him to rise to the challenge and show up for his team. Handling adversity comes naturally to him, shaped by the countless obstacles he’s faced and conquered in his basketball journey. The best advice Anthony has ever received is, “Keep your head down and work, and the blessings will come.”
Off the court, Anthony enjoys golfing, video games, and spending time with his friends. Anthony is fully committed to the grind required to reach the next level and is confident he’s a steal for a high-level program. Anthony sees himself being a D1 or D2 prospect shines through, and he’s ready for the opportunity to prove it.
Anthony’s game translates extremely well for the next level, thanks to his scoring ability, athleticism, and knack for showing up in high-pressure moments. Anthon's quick release and range make him a constant scoring threat, while his determination to improve key areas like rebounding highlights his work ethic.
