Ryan is a young floor general with a crafty handle, good court vision, and the kind of instincts you can’t teach. Shifty and smooth with the ball in his hands, he thrives at creating for others and breaking defenders down off the dribble. Whether it's setting up teammates or getting a timely bucket, Ryan is in complete control. He’s a high-IQ guard with natural leadership, fearless energy, and a motor that fuels every play. His passion is undeniable, and even at his size, he makes a huge impact. He’s not afraid of the moment; he’s focused on growth and putting in the work.

This season, Ryan has averaged 14 points, 4 assists, 1 rebound, and 3 steals per game. His biggest improvement has come from stepping out of his shell and playing more aggressively, becoming less passive, and taking charge of the offense. He’s locked in on elevating his jumper, learning to create more efficient shot selections, and becoming a stronger defender. Competing in the TCISports Commission PAL League for the Badgers, Ryan has embraced the grind and seen his hard work translate on the court. Nothing motivates him more than proving that effort pays off. His goal for the upcoming season is to raise his scoring average to 20 while continuing to elevate his teammates and grow his IQ.

Ryan's goal is to get to the championship game in the PAL League and is looking to become a more complete, coachable, and confident player. When facing adversity like bad calls, his response is always the same: hit the gym and work harder. The best advice he’s received is, "Protect your energy and get up. " He prides himself on being a disciplined, high-energy competitor who’s always learning and improving.

Off the court, Ryan enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and connecting with nature. He’s a grounded young talent with a mature mindset and a fire to keep getting better, one rep at a time.

I assess that Ryan’s court vision, ball control, and leadership at the point guard spot give him the tools to lead a team’s offense. His playmaking and energy will make him a key piece in any lineup, especially as his jumper and defensive game continue to evolve.

Expect Ryan to keep rising. With his commitment to growth, natural instincts, and dedication to the gym, his development is far from finished. He’s already creating buzz, and his story is only getting started. Stay tuned.
