Demarion Bowman

@MARIBOWMAN_10

6’1, 170lbs, Class of 2026

Beech HS, TN

Demarion is a fierce, high-powered guard who brings a game full of electricity on both ends of the court. With explosive athleticism and relentless energy, he’s a two-time state champion with a hunger for more. He plays with edge, grit, and an elite motor, constantly applying pressure with dynamic perimeter shooting, fearless drives, and lockdown defense. Whether he’s facilitating offense, knocking down shots, or getting into opposing ball handlers full court, Demarion gives every ounce of effort from tip to buzzer. He’s a tone-setter who thrives in chaos, snatching momentum with a steal, a stop, or a clutch bucket.

This past season, Demarion averaged 11 points, 4 steals, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. His biggest leap came in his confidence offensively, improvement was being a more assertive threat and growing comfortable trusting his instincts. He’s elevated his finishing this offseason and committed himself to becoming a full-court defensive weapon, learning how to make stops at every level. Playing AAU with the Tennessee Tigers was about proving his worth to college programs, and he did just that, showcasing his playmaking, shooting, and hustle in high-level events like Phenom Summer Havoc.

Demarion’s focus this year is to help Beech make history and become a three-time state champion. He’s looking forward to playing his 6’8 teammate, Cutter Sisk, forming a dynamic duo that will be a nightmare for any opponent. Fueled by pregame music and post-tip intensity, Demarion lives for close battles and winning plays. He battled adversity during his sophomore season, but came out more focused, mature, and ready to lead. His mindset now is grounded, confident in his work, his team, and his ability to rise when it matters. The best advice he ever got: “Let your game come to you, don’t force it, just hoop Mari’s way.”

Off the court, Demarion enjoys soaking in music, hanging with his circle, and staying locked into the grind. His work ethic and passion are contagious, and his leadership and defensive tenacity make him a rare difference maker on any roster.

I assess that Demarion is a fierce competitor who elevates both ends of the court with non-stop energy, big-time shot-making, and tenacious on-ball defense. His mix of skill, heart, and winning habits is the kind of presence college programs can build around, especially those looking for a guard who refuses to be outworked.

Expect Demarion to keep rising. He has the fire, the focus, and the experience of a proven winner. With continued development in his decision-making and off-the-dribble scoring, his potential stretches beyond high school, this is a guard ready to thrive at the next level. Stay tuned.
