He’s got a strong feel for the game, seeing plays before they happen and delivering dimes with pinpoint accuracy. His jumper is smooth and reliable, keeping defenders off balance while he uses hesitation moves and crossovers to get into his spots. Kyle plays at his own pace, always under control, and never sped up. Defensively, he’s steady and focused, and once he takes that next step in anticipation and intensity, his two-way game will be even more dangerous. What separates him isn’t just the flash, it’s the purpose in every move, the energy he brings to both ends, and the way he elevates the entire team with his presence.

This past season, he averaged 16.5 points per game and improved across the board. His ball-handling improved, his jumper found a new level of consistency, and his playmaking jumped off the page with smarter reads and better timing. Defense has been the area he’s pushed hardest to grow, and this offseason, it’s his primary focus, working on lateral quickness, applying better pressure on the ball, and owning his matchup every possession. His goals are to bring the fire every game, put pressure on defenders, clamp up on defense, and let his leadership and vision take over. And next season at Hillcrest, Kyle is focused on showing how far his defensive game has come and proving he’s not just a scorer but a complete threat every time he steps on the court.

What fuels him isn’t just buckets but the thrill of locking someone up, flipping that energy into a big shot, and feeling the surge when his team rallies behind him. He handles adversity by focusing on effort, attitude, and execution, and he uses the tough moments as a chance to rise. The best advice he’s ever lived by is, “Slow down, let the game come to you.” That has allowed Kyle to grow into a smart, steady leader with feel beyond his years. Basketball isn’t just his passion, but his peace. The court is where everything quiets down, and all that matters is the game he loves.

Off the court, Kyle enjoys spending time with loved ones, staying locked in through basketball film and highlights, and working on his body with light training and recovery. Music keeps him motivated, and his faith is at the center of it all, he reads his Bible, prays, and turns to God to keep him grounded and inspired.
