While many players focus only on their own production, Corbin's game is built around trust. He trusts his teammates, trusts his coaches, and trusts the work he has put in. That confidence allows him to play freely, make smart decisions, and stay aggressive without forcing the action. When he gets rolling offensively, he becomes a difficult cover because he knows where he wants to get on the floor and has the ability to make defenses pay when they give him space.

That confidence was on full display recently at Byron Center while playing with WMD Young Hustle 16U. Corbin exploded for 31 points against Smoove Elite and followed it up with another strong performance of 17 points against The City. Everything seemed to be flowing naturally. His teammates continued to trust him, kept putting him in positions to produce, and Corbin responded by applying constant pressure on the defense. The ball was moving, the offense was clicking, and he took advantage of the opportunities that came his way. Performances like those are a strong example of how much his game continues to grow as the AAU season moves forward.

After averaging 13 points per game during the high school season, Corbin has continued to push himself to improve rather than become satisfied. The biggest difference has come from the work he has put in away from the spotlight. Time in the weight room has helped him become stronger and more physical, while countless hours in the gym have helped him continue developing his overall game. He understands there is always another level to reach and continues chasing improvement every chance he gets.

During the high school season, Corbin focused on getting his teammates involved and playing the game the right way. He wanted to impact winning while staying true to the style of basketball that has helped him succeed. Once the postseason ended, his attention immediately shifted toward growth. More time in the gym, more time building strength, and more time working on the details of his game became the priority. That commitment has helped make the transition into AAU basketball with WMD Young Hustle a smooth one.

One of the biggest obstacles Corbin has faced throughout his basketball journey has been the perception that he was simply an outside shooter and not a player capable of holding his own defensively. Rather than getting frustrated by that label, he used it as motivation. He attacked the weight room, worked on becoming tougher, and focused on the hustle plays that often separate good players from great teammates. Beyond high school, his goal is to earn the opportunity to play basketball at the next level and continue pursuing the sport he loves.
