That experience became the most impactful moment of his season because it pushed him to embrace a professional mindset and treat every day like preparation for the next level.

Matteo does not chase rivalries. His fiercest rival is anyone trying to take his spot. He thrives on competition and loves facing players who make him elevate his own game. Coaches can always expect energy, discipline, intelligence, and communication from him. He runs an offense with precision, brings physicality to the defensive end, and shows up every day with professionalism and hunger.

Next season, he is looking forward to showing the full picture of what he can do as a tall, versatile guard who shoots, defends, and processes the game at a high level. He wants to prove himself, make a strong statement in his post-grad year, and earn an NCAA opportunity. What fires him up most is reading a defense and attacking the advantage, creating rhythm for himself or his teammates, and delivering momentum-changing plays on both ends.

Being Italian Polish shaped his identity, giving him discipline, depth, and pride. Basketball has been home since he was ten, and no matter the country, that feeling stays the same.

His priority now is finding a competitive NCAA program that values culture development and accountability. He is open to all opportunities and is searching for a coaching staff that sees the value he brings as a tall, smart, and versatile guard with real shooting ability. College basketball is his goal, and he is prepared to earn every inch of it.
