Blake steps court with a poised, controlled fire that instantly stabilizes possessions and lifts everyone around him. His game flows with nasty handles, fierce floor vision, and the ability to break open a defense with a three-point rainmaker that demands attention. Blake plays with a steady pace, using his command of the ball to facilitate the offense the way he wants it played. He reads defenders early, sees openings before they develop, and creates rhythm for a young core that feeds off his composure. When the moment calls for a bucket, Blake becomes that lethal sniper ready to catch fire, unlocking the full strength of Page’s offense. His presence gives his team an anchor, a decision maker, and a reliable scoring option built to keep control.

The improvement in production this season shows how fast his game is rising, as he has led his team to a 2-1 record after a hard-fought loss to Tullahoma. After last year’s learning experience with a senior-heavy varsity group, Blake returned stronger, smarter, and more confident. His leadership expanded, his IQ rose, and he now plays with total command of pace. The biggest improvement has been his understanding of the finer details, the small reads that separate solid guards from real floor generals. With a roster full of young contributors, Blake steps in as the connector, balancing inside and outside threats while choosing the right moments to attack or create. Competing against Brentwood fuels him even more, especially after years of club battles with their players that sharpened his competitive edge.

Blake is focused on elevating his scoring consistency at the rim and knowing exactly when to attack. He is committed to improving body control, staying composed under pressure, and continuing to grow as a vocal leader. His offseason work was locked in on details, execution, and understanding deeper layers of the game. That preparation shows every time he reads coverage, dictates tempo, and finds open looks for himself or his teammates. Blake thrives on high energy environments. Crowds, noise, and talking from opponents only bring out another level in him. He has learned to trust his preparation when adversity hits and rely on the confidence of knowing the hours he puts into his craft.

He brings a steady, reliable presence in every game. Teammates feed off his calm, competitors struggle with his pace, and his ability to both score and set the table gives Page a balanced attack. Blake looks forward to competing with a young, hungry roster ready to prove they belong, and he plans to lead that charge. Off the court, he keeps his world grounded with family, friends, and golf, which gives him a balance that carries back into his leadership on the floor. His focus is locked on the next two varsity seasons, and if opportunities open at the next level, he is ready to explore wherever the game leads him.

I assess that Blake brings a trustworthy combination of pace control, decision-making, deep shooting, and poise that can strengthen any college program. His ability to guide an offense, maintain flow, and create efficient looks makes him a stabilizing guard who impacts winning. Programs looking for a floor leader who elevates teammates through timing and control should keep a close eye on him.

As he continues developing aggression at the rim, sharpening leadership presence, and expanding scoring variety, Blake is on track to become a complete guard by the time he graduates. Expect steady growth, rising confidence, and a player who will command games with maturity and sharpened instincts moving forward. Stay tuned.
