Dustyn is a dynamic young stud with mad hops, explosive moves, and a lethal scorer. Shifty with crazy handles that drop defenders at will. Dustyn is a prolific triple-threat scoring option with a silky smooth touch. Dustyn thrives in slicing his way into the seams with crafty moves for a nasty mid-range punisher or explodes to the rim for some rim-rocking power jams. Give him one step and you're gonna be in his poster. Strong and ruthless. Dustyn can deliver some sweet passes and makes his presence known on the boards and is a rock-solid defender.
The most motivating that happened last season that pushed Dustyn to be better was losing by 1 point in super sectionals. That sinking feeling after that intense battle, knowing they could have won getting so close, is going to be a fire that he will use this entire season, never wanting to feel that again. Dustyn's goal going into next season would have to be becoming a better leader than getting his team to the promised land this time around.
Playing AAU for Mokan Elite, Southwestern Illinois Jets Dustin's goal was to qualify for 🍑 jam. Not only did they get there but took that chip! Mission accomplished impressively. Dustyn's main focus this offseason was l to improve his ball handling the most and that spells trouble for his opponents moving forward.
What fuels Dustyn on the court is wanting to win. Every time he steps on the court that's the mission that lights the fire, GO TIME! Every second of the competitive battle the determination and energy to accomplish this goal drives him in his mind..
Even when facing adversity on the court or when things don't go his way, focusing on winning is exactly how Dustyn handles all adversity determined nothing will hold him back from getting to that DUB.
A coach can always expect Dustyn to play hard on both ends of the court, giving 110% every time, which sets him apart from others. With purpose and passion, he will have unwavering dedication.
Dustyn can see himself playing anywhere no matter what division. The hunger and drive just to play the game he loves on the next is what matters the most for Dustyn.
I assess that Dustyn is a proven winner and an extremely gifted athlete who continues to elevate his skills and impacts every team he is a part of. Dustyn's potential is unlimited and that swagger to compete and win is unmatched. No one will outwork him or be willing to leave it all on the floor any more than this young star. Dustyn has set high goals for himself, and so far, he keeps reaching them and going a step beyond. That is a dream player for any coach on any level. This young star plans to end his high school career with guns blazing. Stay tuned.
