Quincy has a game built on toughness, confidence, and making winning plays when they matter most. He takes pride in impacting both ends of the floor with relentless defense, a tight handle, outstanding playmaking, and the ability to rain in shots from well beyond the arc. Whether he is attacking off the bounce, creating for a teammate, or stepping into a big three, Quincy plays with poise and purpose. His presence is felt far beyond just scoring because he controls the tempo, competes with energy, and finds ways to elevate everyone around him. When the game gets tight, he wants the basketball in his hands because those are the moments he embraces the most.

This past season didn't unfold the way Quincy and his team had hoped, but they never stopped competing. As the postseason arrived, the team began to realize just how much potential it truly had, even if that realization came later than expected. Quincy continued growing through every experience, refusing to let setbacks define his season. Throughout the summer, he played with PLUTO Black 17U, facing talented teams in tournament after tournament while continuing to elevate every part of his game against high-level competition. Every opportunity added another layer to his confidence and continued preparing him for an even bigger role moving forward.

Colorado Live became the perfect example of how far Quincy's game has come. He put together one of the strongest performances of the weekend, finishing with 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals against Eaton while helping his team win two of its three games. His shot was falling; he stayed aggressive attacking the basket, hitting clutch free throws, and made a difference on both ends of the floor from start to finish. More importantly, the weekend reinforced what he already believed about himself. When he plays with confidence and trusts the work he has put in, he can impact games in every possible way.

One of the biggest improvements Quincy made this year had nothing to do with scoring. He grew into a leader and role model for his teammates while expanding his role on the floor. Last season, he was viewed primarily as a sophomore coming off the bench to space the floor as a corner shooter. Instead of accepting that label, he attacked it every day in the gym until he became a player capable of doing much more. That became his biggest adversity because he wanted to prove he was more than a specialist. His breakout performances this summer have been the result of countless hours spent changing that story through hard work.

When Quincy plays against highly ranked or well-known players, nothing about his approach changes. Those games motivate him because they give him another chance to prove people wrong. Rankings never intimidate him because he believes every matchup is earned once the ball goes up. He welcomes the challenge, trusts his preparation, and lets his game speak for itself.

Behind the scenes, Quincy has built his success through consistency. Day after day, he is in the gym putting in extra work with the guidance of Coach Burgundy, constantly searching for another way to improve. Being overlooked and growing up in the shadow of his older brother became motivation instead of frustration. Rather than letting those things discourage him, they fueled the drive that continues pushing him forward. He believes there is always another part of his game that can improve, and that mindset keeps him hungry every single day.

Looking ahead, Quincy's goals are to earn as much exposure as possible, continue proving doubters wrong, and keep developing into the complete player he knows he can become. Every tournament, every workout, and every game is another opportunity to move closer to those goals while continuing to grow as both a player and a leader.

Every coach can expect relentless effort, elite hustle, execution, and a player who welcomes coaching. They can expect someone who controls the pace of the game, stays focused, and constantly looks to make teammates better. As this upcoming season approaches, expect Quincy to continue playing with confidence, expanding his game, and showing exactly why all the work he has put in is beginning to pay off. His best basketball is still in front of him, and he is determined to make every opportunity count.

I assess that Quincy is a dynamic two-way combo guard whose ability to score, defend, create, and lead makes him valuable in every phase of the game. His confidence, basketball IQ, and willingness to embrace difficult matchups allow him to impact winning far beyond the stat sheet. As his expanded offensive game continues to grow, so does his overall ceiling.
