6’5, 170lbs, Class of 2028

Wyoming East HS, WV

Broc is a smooth combo guard with size, touch, and a competitive edge that shines in big moments. He brings a unique blend of slashing power and perimeter fire, capable of getting downhill in transition and raining jumpers from deep. His ability to read the floor and create offense on the move gives his team a dynamic weapon at all times. But what separates Broc isn’t just his scoring ability, it’s his poise and presence in pressure. He thrives in big-time games, fueled by defensive intensity and a refusal to back down. Coaches can expect a composed, high-IQ guard who elevates his game when the lights get brightest and who’s never satisfied with yesterday’s success.

Averaging 14 points and 6 rebounds as a freshman, Broc wasted no time making a name for himself. His growth in ball-handling stood out this season, giving him more control as a playmaker while setting the stage for an even more complete offensive game moving forward. His offseason focus is locked in on developing his physical strength and improving his handle to become unstoppable in space. Making first-team all-state as a freshman was the most impactful moment of his season, a statement to the rest of the state that he’s here, and he’s just getting started. With an eye on the Paul Biancardi tournament and events like Rock Hill, Broc’s ready to step into bigger spotlights and get noticed by the next level. And he did just that. The talk of him after his very first game at Rock Hill had the gym buzzing. The fact that he was a freshman playing up intensified more conversations. His drive is to win a state championship. And what keeps him grounded through adversity is his next-play mentality, letting go of the last mistake and attacking the next possession with purpose. The best advice that fuels him daily comes from Coach Kent McBride: “Success is not a process, it’s a continuation.” For Broc, that means the grind never stops.

I assess that Broc has the tools to make an immediate impact at the next level with his size, shot-making, and a relentless motor in transition. His defensive presence, growth mindset, and ability to create buckets in multiple ways make him a dangerous and dependable backcourt presence for any program.

With continued strength development and improved ball control, Broc is on track to become one of the most complete and versatile guards in the Class of 2028. His high ceiling, work ethic, and fearless approach in big games make him a player to watch and a serious long-term prospect. This rising phenom is turning heads and setting the stage for yet another monster season ahead. Stay tuned.
