Sawyer is an electric triple-threat scoring option with a silky smooth touch. He is a classic knockdown shooter with a high IQ who reacts quickly to the defenses. If you close out too hard, Sawyer will blow right by getting a layup, nice pass, or floater/jumper. If the defender plays off Sawyer, he will make it rain from outside. Sawyer loves to run the floor. He finds open spaces anywhere on the court. Sawyer makes the right pass and plays good defense while always seeking to improve.

Last season was Sawyer's first year of playing high school basketball. He managed to average 8 points and 3 rebounds as a sophomore. The most motivating thing that happened last season that will push Sawyer forward was when he dropped 30 points against their rival. Which happened to be the first game he ever started. It is motivating to see his hard work pay off.

Playing AAU for the Kansas Team 2026 Sawyer wanted to become one of the best players in his circuit and play the best competition. Wanting to win is what fuels Sawyer's fire.

Sawyer and his team had to handle a lot of adversity last season, and with injuries, they had to stay close and keep our minds right. When things don’t go Sawyer's way, he tries to fix whatever the problem is. If Sawyer can’t fix it, he tries not to think about it too much. He knows everything happens for a reason. 

 Coaches can always count on Sawyer to listen, learn, improve, and exceed. ISawyer loves the game and is always in the gym improving.

Sawyer sees himself playing D1, doing everything he can daily to get there. He will keep outworking everyone. We’ll see how well he can do over the next couple of years. Sawyer will play whatever fits him best. 

I assess this raw talented young stud has incredible potential and a natural gift that translates very well to play in college. Sawyer's, energy and hustle to match his skills will only make his stock go up. Sawyer is destined for a breakout season ahead. Stay tuned!
