Demarius is an electric athlete who loves attacking the rim with force and purpose. Demarius' game is silky smooth as he plays at his own pace and doesn’t let anything speed him up or rush him. Demarius' greatest strengths are shooting, ball handling, setting his teammates up to score, and getting to the rim. Demarius also has some strong defensive abilities and anticipation for steals and even a few blocks.
The thing that motivated Demarius from last year that will push him forward is not getting a lot of playtime on varsity. So he knew he had to step his game up. Demarious ' goals are to become a starter and make a lot of impact on the court for his team.
Playing AAU for Clarksville crossovers Demarius's goals were to attract college coaches and to get his name out there for big schools. His main focus is to improve on playing with efficiency and making the right plays. Demarius averaged 17 points a game setting the stage for a monster upcoming season.
What fuels Demarius the most on the court is when he sees his team not trying their best and the other team is talking trash. Demarious plays his hardest from the moment the game starts.
Demariius handles adversity on the court well. When things don’t go his way he thinks about the next play. Then how to get it back on defense.
Coaches can expect Demarius to always hustle no matter the score. He tried his hardest every time on the court.
Damarius sees himself playing D2 or maybe a smaller division because he still has stuff to learn and improve on.
I assess that Damarius is a player with tons of potential. He is destined to continue elevating his skills at a high level. The fierce aggression he attacks the rim is special. His defensive swagger is solid. This is a young star’s stock will continue to rise. Certainly, keep an eye on him. Stay tuned.
