Justin is a wiry wing with endless length, sneaky athleticism, and a game that keeps growing every time he steps on the court. He’s a true disruptor on defense, averaging a wild 6 blocks per game as a freshman, and his instincts allow him to protect the rim, tip passes, and alter shots without leaving his feet. He runs the floor with purpose, finishes well in transition, and has underrated passing vision that opens up easy buckets for teammates. His timing, anticipation, and activity make him a nightmare for opposing guards, and his ability to do the little things, talk, lead, defend, and support—makes him stand out.

This past season, Justin averaged 14 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 6 blocks, and 2 steals per game, while also getting his first taste of varsity experience. After starting out just dressing, he quickly earned starting opportunities this past summer, playing up on the 16U circuit and proving he could hold his own against high-level competition. That confidence shift has been massive, especially with his recent highlight performances at MADE Hoops DMV Live, where he showed the ability to guard 1–5, stay active on both ends, and make the game exciting with quick decisions and explosive plays.

What separates Justin is his mindset. He’s not just trying to score; he’s trying to impact the game in every possible way. He describes his game as unpredictable and exciting: "I might blow by a defender and dunk it, or stop and shoot off the dribble. Or I might hit someone with a slick pass, whatever helps my team win." He’s working on tightening his handles, improving his consistency as a rebounder, and becoming a more confident shooter with a quicker release. He’s also embracing the physical side of the game, putting in reps to improve his strength, on-ball defense, and willingness to finish through contact.

Justin’s biggest personal win this season was talking to his first college coach, something he hadn’t experienced before, and achieving every goal he set for himself in AAU. Those were to grow as a player, mature as a person, and compete against older, tougher athletes. Whether he’s on the court or the bench, he sees value in leadership, communicating with teammates, hyping up energy plays, and taking ownership of the moment. He doesn’t let adversity shake him; instead, he reflects on how far he’s come and focuses on who wants it more.

Coaches watching him can expect a leader who’s vocal, coachable, and locked in. He plays hard, moves with purpose, and brings contagious energy that lifts a team whether he's on the floor or in the huddle. And when the crowd gets loud, especially on the road, Justin doesn’t talk back. He lets his game speak loud and clear.

Off the court, he’s chill. A low-key guy who loves video games, park runs with friends, and spending time with his family. But when it's game time, Justin is driven, fearless, and just getting started.

I assess that Justin’s length, instincts, and defensive versatility make him a rare two-way threat at an early age. With the ability to guard any position, block shots at a high rate, and contribute as a secondary scorer and playmaker, he offers immediate impact in multiple areas.

As he continues to grow into his frame and evolve his offensive skill set, Justin has the tools to become one of Kentucky’s most complete prospects in his class. His potential is sky-high, and as the work continues, so will the offers. Stay tuned for a monster season ahead.
