Evan brings the kind of impact every team needs, unselfish, gritty, and dependable. He thrives in the areas that don’t always show up on the stat sheet, defensive hustle, smart rotations, timely deflections, and relentless energy. His game is built on physical drives, tough finishes through contact, and doing the dirty work without hesitation. Whether guarding on the ball or battling in the paint, Evan brings strong hands, good instincts, and effort that never dips. He doesn’t need the spotlight to make a difference, just stays ready and does what needs to be done.
This season, Evan is stepping into a bigger role at Riverdale, and with it comes higher expectations that he’s ready to meet. He’s focused on improving his handles, elevating his perimeter shot, and becoming a more complete offensive weapon. The game has slowed down for him, and he’s learning to trust the process, letting the offense come to him while making sure his defensive impact is always felt. Coaches can count on him to bring energy, effort, and a steady presence no matter the situation. He’s calm in chaos, poised in pressure, and always about the team.
Playing alongside his twin brother, Evan is looking forward to taking a stronger leadership role and helping build chemistry that translates to wins. He’s driven by high-energy moments and embraces the competitive edge that comes from back-and-forth battles and trash talk. When facing adversity, he keeps the focus on the bigger picture and helps steady his teammates when things get intense. Off the court, he enjoys family time and playing video games, keeping a healthy balance between competition and connection.
I assess that Evan brings value through consistency, defense, and doing the little things at a high level. As his confidence and offensive tools continue to develop, he’s the type of player who makes winning plays and elevates everyone around him.
With a bigger role ahead, expect Evan to turn heads with more aggressive drives, stronger leadership, and improved shot-making. His mindset and work ethic put him on a solid track to make real noise at Riverdale this coming season. Stay tuned.
