This past year, Ben proved he’s much more than a role player. He skyrocketed from 4 points per game to averaging 17, stuffing the stat sheets with 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 3.5 steals, and 1.5 blocks. His summer was a statement, scoring 19 a game at the Florida Clash, torching nets at the MADE event in Philly with 19 threes at a blostering 60% clip, and finishing in Las Vegas with rim-rocking dunks and highlight after highlight. Coaches and scouts alike noticed not only his scoring but also his hunger to disrupt plays defensively and clean the glass with toughness and timing.

Ben is focused on expanding his scoring arsenal and continuing to showcase his leadership, with the goal of leading Windermere back to the state championship. His hard work is earning him attention from elite academic programs like MIT, NYU, Babson, and UChicago, proving his game and his brain are both major assets. His best coaching advice was, “Your brain stops your body at 40%. Don’t let your brain tell you that you can’t push harder because you can.” That mentality is written all over his game, whether he’s flying for a dunk, crashing the boards, or locking up his opponent defensively.

Off the court, Ben keeps his balance with golf, music, and time with family and friends, but between the lines, he’s all intensity, all gas, all game.
