Eryk is electric, fierce, and crafty are words that only scratch the surface of his style on the court. He’s a relentless two-way threat who lights up the floor with dynamic scoring and explosive hustle. Whether he’s pulling up from deep, slicing through the lane with a quick mid-range or a soft floater, or finishing strong when needed at the rim, Eryk is a lethal scoring weapon at all three levels. Defensively, he’s a menace. He brings an electric defensive swagger for all 94 feet with quick hands, nonstop effort, and a fiery commitment to getting stops. Each possession becomes a personal challenge, and he's never one to shy away from the fight.
Eryk averaged 17 points per game in U17 play. Eryk finished as the 6th leading scorer in all of Masovia. Even while playing up in the U19 Polish league and 3rd Division, he held his own with 3–4 points per game in limited minutes, earning him a well-deserved opportunity to practice with the 2nd Polish Division squad that's featuring some of the country’s national-level talent. That experience fueled one of his most important developments this season: a surge in confidence, improved shooting, a better understanding of the game, and emerging leadership on and off the court.
This offseason, the mission is to transform his body and game. With a focus on improving his strength, speed, and overall athleticism, Eryk is ready to match the pace and physicality of higher-level play. He’s also zeroed in on expanding his playmaking ability, sharpening his reads, and elevating his court vision while still locking in on his elite shooting and defensive energy.
What drives Eryk is the thrill of strapping in on defense and shutting down scorers. That’s when everything clicks. That’s when his energy surges. And that’s when he gets in the zone. Playing against seasoned, older players in higher divisions has only made him hungrier. It’s battle-tested him both mentally and physically, propelling him to the National Polish Junior U19 Finals, where he’ll be looking to leave his mark on the biggest stage.
Away from the court, Eryk enjoys recharging with friends and staying active. He finds joy in those moments of balance, but don’t mistake that for lack of focus. His discipline is locked in, and he lives by a message that powers every workout, every rep, every extra minute in the gym: Discipline may hurt, but the pain of regret lasts forever. When facing adversity, Eryk doesn’t panic but plays defense, trusts his team, stays composed, and lets his game do the talking.
I assess that Eryk is an elite three-level scorer who also brings defensive intensity from baseline to baseline. His offensive toolbox is deep with a lethal shooting, crafty touch in the mid-range, and the ability to get to the cup when needed. He competes with heart, fuels his own fire through defense, and backs it up with consistent production. As he continues to physically develop,e h will unlock even more of his potential, especially as he grows into the speed and physicality of higher competition. A college program would gain a dynamic guard bringing relentless energy on defense, making him a two-way asset. His willingness to improve, adapt, and learn while being battle-tested against older, stronger talent speaks volumes. Add in his leadership traits and mental toughness. Eryk has all the tools to thrive in a structured, competitive college system that values grit, IQ, and versatility.
Eryk’s ceiling is still rising. As he transforms physically and leans deeper into his playmaking, his game will only become more dangerous. His passion, work ethic, and mindset ensure that wherever he plays, he’ll bring fire, discipline, and an unshakable edge. Expect a breakout year ahead and a name you’ll hear a lot more of. Stay tuned.
