Caden is a fierce competitor who thrives on grit and energy. He is scrappy, mixes it up on the boards, battles on defense, and runs the floor with urgency to attack the rim and finish strong. His presence is fueled by relentless hustle and an ability to stay locked in with a calm, focused mindset. Coaches know they’re getting a player who plays with heart, toughness, and determination every trip down the floor.

This past season at Clay County High School, Caden averaged 4 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 block per game, while making big improvements in ball movement and offensive flow. His AAU production showed even more of his potential, where he averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 block per game. That experience not only gave him more opportunities to expand his offensive game but also fueled his confidence as he continues to develop into a more complete player. His offseason focus has been on improving his shooting and elevating his awareness to add more versatility to his game. One of his proudest milestones came during AAU, when he reached his goal of dunking in live play, proof of his commitment and steady growth.

The fire that fuels him most comes from the atmosphere of the game itself, the roar of the crowd, the anticipation of tip-off, and the intensity of competition. Caden handles adversity with resilience, attacking it head-on and doing everything in his power to rise above it. The best coaching advice that he has received is, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,”. He carries that mindset into every workout, practice, and game.

Off the court, Caden enjoys hitting the gym and spending time with family and friends. He’s looking forward to the season ahead to let his work show and to continue proving that effort, energy, and grit can change the course of a game.

I assess that Caden’s high motor, defensive edge, and rebounding ability make him a spark plug for any program. His willingness to compete on every possession and bring toughness to the floor gives coaches a player they can rely on to swing momentum with effort and heart.

As his shooting touch and offensive awareness expand, Caden has the upside to develop into a dynamic two-way gen. His grit, energy, and relentless drive suggest he will continue rising, turning himself into the kind of competitor who raises the standard for everyone around him.
