What separates Rj from the rest is the fire he brings into every possession, he’s not out there to blend in, he’s built to stand out. His game is wired with effort and grit, and his natural feel for the game allows him to impact plays whether he's on the ball or off. Coaches can expect a player who doesn’t just work hard but lives in the gym, embracing the grind with open arms. Every rep, every drill, every moment in the gym is an opportunity for him to grow, and he attacks them with purpose.

This season, Rj’s work ethic was his biggest improvement, fueling a major confidence boost that changed everything about how he plays. That surge of belief helped elevate his game and earned him a promotion to varsity, an experience that lit a new fire and showed him exactly what level he’s chasing. The varsity bump wasn’t just a reward, it was a lesson in the speed, physicality, and mindset needed to compete at the top. Rj handles adversity with a no-quit mindset, staying locked in and pushing through with motivation and determination. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, " Play his game and never try to be anyone else." This offseason, he’s playing with Still I Rise Elite, hungry to his game, elevate his skill set, and continue evolving as a complete player.
