Jagger is a fast-paced combo guard who sets the tone the moment the ball tips. He plays with speed and purpose, constantly pushing tempo while keeping the offense flowing with good reads and confident decision-making. His court vision stands out as he creates opportunities for teammates, and when defenses give him space, he makes them pay with a smooth rainmaker. Jagger thrives when the game opens up, and as the pace rises, so does his impact on both ends of the floor.

The growth from last season to now has been dramatic and earned. As a sophomore, Jagger embraced his role as the sixth man on a state tournament team competing at the highest level, averaging 6 points while bringing energy, toughness, and readiness every time his number was called. That experience laid the foundation. Now stepping into his junior season, he has opened the year averaging 17 points per game while shooting 50% from three, building on a season where he shot a blistering 45% from deep. The confidence is real, and the work is showing up early.

AAU basketball with WV Gold NXT has accelerated his growth. Competing on the Puma circuit forced him to play faster, become more aggressive, and adjust to a higher level of competition. That environment elevated his instincts and helped him trust his game against strong guards night after night. Mentally, Jagger has taken a major step forward by pushing past self-doubt and trusting fully into his preparation, allowing him to play assertive, confident basketball without hesitation.

This offseason, Jagger is locked in on elevating every area of his game. His focus includes shooting consistency, speed, quickness, conditioning, explosiveness, and leadership, all with the goal of becoming a guard his team can rely on in every situation. One of the most meaningful lessons from last season came from being an energy player off the bench and helping drive a run to the state tournament, reinforcing the value of staying ready and answering the call whenever the team needs it.

Rivalry games fuel him, and the matchup with Morgantown High School is circled. Those environments match his game perfectly, fast, intense, and competitive. Coaches can expect a guard who makes the right reads, keeps the offense moving, and competes defensively every possession. He embraces up-tempo basketball and understands how to control pace without slowing the game down.

When facing adversity, Jagger leans on his family and friends, stays disciplined in his relationship with God, recovery, nutrition, and training, and keeps his focus on steady improvement. His faith plays a central role in how he handles pressure and growth, grounding him and giving him clarity when moments get heavy. That balance off the court carries directly into how he competes on it.

Off the court, Jagger enjoys golf, snowboarding, traveling, and staying active with friends and family. His long-term goal is to play college basketball at the highest level possible. He is committed to earning opportunities, building genuine relationships with college programs, and continuing to develop his game the right way.

I assess that Jagger brings a college program a tempo-setting guard who can score from deep, create for others, and keep an offense flowing without overdribbling. His speed, vision, and shooting efficiency make him a strong fit for systems that value pace, spacing, and guards who elevate teammates.

Moving forward, Jagger is evolving into a reliable scoring guard whose confidence and leadership continue to grow. As his consistency and physical development rise, expect his role to expand and his impact to become even more pronounced. The foundation is strong, the mindset is right, and his best basketball is still ahead. Stay tuned.
