Through six games, he has 43 catches for 719 yards and 10 touchdowns, helping his team reach 5-1 at midseason. He also has 2 pass deflections, an interception, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. His receiving numbers grab attention, but his impact goes beyond catching the football.

Jaydon brings a dynamic edge once the ball is in his hands. Yards after the catch were a major offseason focus, and he sees a big difference from last year in what he can do after a reception. He wants each touch to have a chance to become more than the gain that was there when he caught it. That work has helped him build a strong start, and he's set his sights on reaching 1,000 receiving yards.
