Kamden brings speed, power, and edge every time he hits the floor. He is a fast, athletic stud who plays with a nonstop motor and a feel for the game that jumps off the screen. As a scorer, he punishes defenders in multiple ways, stretching the floor from deep, exploding downhill with strength, and hitting the lethal middy when the defense tries to sit back. He plays with confidence, toughness, and a high IQ, carving up defenses by reading angles, attacking gaps, and finishing plays with authority.

The growth in Kamden’s game is easy to trace when you start with where he was and look at where he is now. As a sophomore, he averaged 16 points per game for points and 6 rebounds per game for rebounds, showing early signs of a scorer who could pressure defenses while competing on the glass. This season, that production has taken a clear step forward, as he is now averaging 22.3 points per game for points and 7.5 rebounds per game for rebounds, opening the year with 24 points and 10 rebounds in Game 1, 21 points and 5 rebounds in Game 2, and 22 points in Game 3, showing steady scoring and stronger work on the boards every night.

One performance in particular showed exactly what he is capable of. Against Baldwin Woodville, Kamden erupted for 24 points, with 22 in the first half, shooting 10-12 from the field for an 83 percent shooting percentage, a perfect 3-3 from three-point range, and pulling down 10 rebounds. The efficiency, the physicality, and the confidence were all on full display before defenses were forced to adjust.

Kamden is a strong, left-handed three-level scorer who is very good from deep, powerful as a driver, and comfortable pulling up for the mid-range shot. He continues to work on tightening his handles and expanding his scoring package, with a clear focus on becoming a more versatile driver and creator. That growth shows up in how he controls the pace when things get tight, calling for the ball, slowing the game down, and putting pressure on the defense by getting downhill and making plays.

Energy is a major part of what he brings. Crowd noise, momentum swings, and big moments fuel him. A huge stop, a tough bucket, or taking a charge can flip his switch instantly. Defensively, Kamden takes pride in his work. He is long, physical, and athletic, using his size and effort to make life difficult for opponents on every possession.

Winning matters to him. Conference rival Cameron already felt that edge in a 20-point win, and games like Hayward are circled as opportunities to keep proving who he is. Coaches can expect relentless effort every time he steps on the floor, with leadership that shows up in actions, communication, and willingness to take responsibility in big moments.

Kamden is also a multi-sport athlete who plays football, bringing that toughness and competitive mindset with him to the court. Off the floor, he enjoys golfing with friends, staying balanced while continuing to push his game forward.

Interest is already building. On the basketball side, Kamden has drawn attention from UW Superior, UW River Falls, UW Stout, and St Scholastica, while also receiving interest across football. His goal is to play college basketball in a strong program like Minnesota Duluth, win games, and continue earning opportunities through his play.

I assess that Kamden brings a powerful combination of scoring ability, rebounding strength, and nonstop energy that can impact a college program right away. His ability to score at all three levels while competing on the glass and defending with physicality makes him a matchup problem and a tone setter.

Kamden continues to grow as a scorer and playmaker by tightening his handles and expanding his driving options. With his motor, physical tools, and competitive edge, he is the type of player who raises the level of a team and keeps getting better as the stakes rise. Stay tuned for a monster season.
