Hudson is a deadly sniper from deep with a nonstop motor. He plays the game with relentless grit, flying around the court making hustle plays, diving for loose balls, and locking in on every possession. His scrappy style is built on energy, IQ, and impact, whether it’s hitting six threes in a single game or delivering perfectly timed dimes that light up his teammates. A fierce competitor with a “next play” mindset, Hudson gives coaches everything he’s got, every time out. He can handle the ball when needed, create offense for others, and lives to rise to the occasion with the game on the line.

Hudson averaged 15.4 points, 4.8 assists, and 2.1 rebounds per game this past season while growing into a vocal team leader. His biggest improvement came mentally, becoming more coachable and stepping into a leadership role that lifted his team. After a heartbreaking one-point loss in the sectional tournament, he’s now fueled by that setback and more determined than ever to bring home a championship. His offseason goals are to get stronger, become a better finisher at the rim, and round out his game without losing the sharpshooting identity that makes him so dangerous. During the AAU circuit, Hudson stayed true to his strengths, draining big shots, leading his squad, and making high-IQ decisions under pressure. At the Bleacher Republic Nationals, he went off for 22 points (including six three-pointers), helping Kentucky Ambition 16U advance to the Gold Championship Game. He also earned HoopSeen Player of the Game honors after a 19-point, 5-assist, 5-rebound outing at the Grassroots Showcase.

Hudson thrives when challenged. Going head-to-head with more athletic or stronger players never rattles him; it motivates him. He listens, adjusts, and competes with everything he's got. The best advice he’s ever received is, "Don’t hesitate, if you’re open, shoot it."As he continues to develop his ball-handling and physical strength, he’s also chasing something more: respect, wins, and a championship legacy. Off the floor, he finds peace hanging out with friends or casting a line with a fishing rod, just another reminder that even sharpshooters need a moment to reset before locking in again.

I assess that Hudson’s value lies in more than his hot hand; he’s a complete competitor. His leadership, relentless motor, and ability to hit shots in rhythm or chaos make him a true game-changer. He brings a level of consistency and energy that coaches dream of in a backcourt weapon.

Expect Hudson to keep rising. As his body matures and his finishing package evolves, he’ll become an even more complete threat. The shooting is already special; what’s coming next is a tougher, stronger, and more dangerous version of a player already built for the big moments. As his focus is locked in with the determination to make a deep playoff run stay tuned for even more magic from this young star that just getting started. Stay tuned.
