Kayden is a dynamic two-way stud who plays the game with a fierce edge and explosive swagger. He’s a walking highlight waiting to happen, an electric shot-maker with a lethal three-level scoring arsenal. From a silky smooth rainmaker with unlimited range to a punishing middy or downhill blow-by, he’s got a bag that keeps defenders guessing. His speed in transition is flat-out nasty, and his sick handles allow him to control tempo or cook his matchup on demand. But Kayden is far from just a scorer though, he brings relentless energy on the boards, snatches rebounds like a big, and delivers dazzling dimes that put teammates in perfect position. He sees the floor like a true floor general and uses his high IQ to pick apart defenses with aggressive, smart decision-making. On defense, he’s just as deadly, physical, gritty, and fearless, with a motor that never shuts off. Kayden is the total package, a flat-out beast who checks every box and makes an impact on every possession. Coaches dream of having one like him.
Kayden lit up the stat sheet this past season, averaging a blistering 28.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 2.0 steals per game while knocking down 84 threes and shooting 46% from the field and 81% from the free throw line. His biggest improvement came on the defensive end, where he turned into a gritty stopper who now takes pride in locking down top scorers. This offseason, he's focused on adding more strength to his frame and becoming a more consistent long-range shooter to hit at a higher clip. His motivation is fueled by past adversity and the drive to make his future in basketball a reality. And the work is paying off, Kayden received two offers to play at the next level and was named 1st Team All-State, ECC Unanimous 1st Team, and Conference Player of the Year while leading Plymouth to an 18–8 season.
With Chapman Academy North, Kayden is taking his game to even greater heights on the AAU circuit. In a classic heavyweight showdown with the Wisconsin Playmakers, he dropped 19 points, grabbed 3 rebounds, and added a steal in a tight 70–63 battle. He was a dominant force and a fearless shot-maker all game long. His goals are to compete against the best, get noticed by more college programs, and have a breakout summer that sets the tone for his senior year. He’s locked in on two big July tournaments and ready to turn heads. But through it all, he hasn’t lost the joy, still excited to play with his friends and enjoy every moment on the floor.
Off the court, Kayden loves being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with friends. He’s not afraid of work either, handling landscaping jobs with the same effort and intensity he brings on the court. When facing adversity, he talks to himself, resets, and keeps pushing forward, trusting that everything will be okay. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, “TNT—Takes No Talent. Anyone can work hard.” That’s the foundation of everything he’s built.
Kayden brings a rare mix of firepower, toughness, and intelligence that makes him a true game-changer at the next level. He impacts the game on every level, scoring, playmaking, rebounding, and defending, with consistency and aggression. His energy is contagious, and his ceiling is sky-high.
As he continues to strengthen his frame and improve his deep shooting, expect Kayden to become one of the most feared all-around guards in the region. His ability to lead, dominate, and produce under pressure makes him a name college programs will continue to circle. Stay tuned for yet another monster season knowing for Kayden, the best is still coming.
