Jeremiah brings an aggressive, competitive, and team-first mentality every time he touches the court, giving him a dynamic combination of scoring, playmaking, defense, and leadership. He can score at all three levels, handle the basketball with confidence, and rain in threes when his shot gets rolling, but his impact goes much deeper than putting points on the board. Jeremiah takes pride in guarding, communicating, and doing whatever his team needs to win, creating a versatile game that can leave its mark on either end. He wants the ball when it is time to attack, embraces the challenge of defending talented scorers, and understands that winning basketball often comes from making the right play instead of forcing his own offense.

That complete approach showed throughout a strong summer in which Jeremiah averaged 17 points, 4 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game while competing against good competition. His scoring came with an aggressive mindset, but he also became more comfortable creating for teammates and trusting the reads in front of him. Improved shooting, tighter ball-handling, and growing confidence allowed him to attack off the bounce, create his own looks, and find teammates when the defense shifted toward him. Even when his offense wasn't rolling, Jeremiah stayed locked in defensively and found other ways to leave his fingerprints on games.

Confidence and decision-making have become two of Jeremiah’s biggest improvements since last season, and those jumps have changed how he reads different situations on the floor. He's learned when to attack, when to make the extra pass, and when to trust his jumper instead of hesitating. That growth has helped his offensive game become more complete, while the part he believes is underrated is his defense. Jeremiah enjoys taking on tough assignments and making life difficult for talented scorers, bringing a fierce competitive edge that makes defense something he takes personally rather than something he has to do.

His basketball journey has also tested his patience because there's been times when he didn't receive the chances he believed he earned, along with tough games when things didn't go his way. Those moments taught Jeremiah that his confidence can't depend on outside opinions or one difficult night. He learned that nobody will chase his goals harder than he will, which pushed him to greater discipline when nobody was watching. Instead of allowing frustration to control his direction, he kept working and trusted that consistent preparation would eventually speak for itself.

Becoming a more complete guard became the heartbeat of Jeremiah’s offseason, with shooting, ball-handling, finishing, strength, conditioning, and defense all receiving serious attention. His grind is built through repetition, whether he's getting shots up, attacking weaknesses, studying film, competing, or making sure his body is ready for the demands of basketball. There's purpose behind those hours because Jeremiah's not satisfied with being known for only one skill. He wants every part of his game sharpened enough to give his team another answer whenever a game calls for something different.

AAU basketball has given Jeremiah a chance to test those skills against high-level competition while also playing in front of DI, DII, DIII, and JUCO coaches. Those moments have become important achievements in his journey because they have allowed him to showcase what countless unseen hours have helped build. Watching his work begin to create college interest has added more fuel to an already hungry competitor, while proving that patience and preparation can open doors when they are backed by production.

Jeremiah enters the upcoming season chasing goals that go far beyond individual numbers because he wants his team competing for championships while playing hard every game and holding each other accountable. He wants to become one of the voices setting the tone offensively and defensively, while continuing to sharpen every area of his own game. His personal dreams include earning the chance to continue playing basketball in college, but he knows nothing will be handed to him. Making his family proud gives that pursuit even deeper meaning and keeps him hungry through every workout, practice, and game.

A coach can expect Jeremiah to compete, defend, communicate, encourage teammates, and attack whatever job helps his team win. His fire comes from knowing exactly what he wants and understanding how much work it will take to reach it. That combination of hunger, leadership, and versatility gives Jeremiah plenty of ways to impact winning, whether he's raining in threes, attacking off the bounce, creating for a teammate, or digging into a difficult defensive matchup.
